it's more what have you done for him lately? Life offers two roads to travel -the way of the righteous ,or the road of the wicked.God provides proctects,and nourishes the righteous.
Follow the faithful road.God's rewards supersede the benefits of the wicked.
Many people in sociecty want to live a more stable life.To those who are filled with anxiety and unable to cope with their circumstances.The world offers amyriad of solutions that don't work. IN PSALM ; 1 It begins " HOW BLESSED IS THE MAN WHO DOES NOT WALK IN THE COUNSEL OF THE WICKED ,NOR STAND IN THE PATH OF SINNERS!
There fore the lord knows the way of the righteous,but the way of the wicked will perish"( v5-6)
The person who walks with GOD knows stability.but the one who rejects him flounders in meaningless existence.
which would you rather be? GOD has set before you two choices . If you want the lord to protect you povide for you and norurish you. Why pursue the path that leads to judgment ? consider the path you now are on.What changes.If any do you need to make order go get back on the right track ?

The literal part of it was what you stated, but understand that we as humans still sin. God could have taken your life away by committing just 1 sin. He sent Jesus to die for every, last one. So lately, he's been keeping you alive. <3many blessings!

Don't know about you, but He loaned me ten bucks last week when my card wouldn't work at the bar we were watching the game at. He also helps me fix my car when it starts driving wonky, and the Dude can rig a bong from just about anything that's lying around. You really should work on your personal relationship with Him - Jesus is actually a pretty cool guy.

William B has it right. What more could anyone want ....he took all our sins away with the ultimate sacrifice and gave us the chance to start again. All you have to do is pick up a bible and you will perhaps understand what he does for us every day of our lives. It's a great read.....

If you believe in religion(Jesus based religion) and God- then i guess that view is that you now spend a lifetime thanking him for what he did.
If you do not believe in religion and God, then he didnt do anything for you then, he isnt doing anything for you now, and it really doesnt matter in either case because he never even existed.
