i was asleep one night and woke up for no absolute reason.i noticed something white next to my bed, 5 inches away from my face.i looked up to see a white figured"thing", i could not see its face.it looked to be about 7 feet tall.my mom and dad and i have been sick since we saw it and don't know what it is...my dad thinks its a demon.ne of my friends have seen it walking around the house.What is it???

I too would recommend burning sage to get rid of any unwanted energies. Also, research night terrors. There could very well be a scientific explanation for this,

I would guess that it was a demon too... The previous owners of your house might have been involved in some occult religion. A simple way to stop this is to get your house blessed because you don't know if satanists used to live in your house.

sleep paralysis.
This has happened to me before, where I woke up and couldn't move, but saw what could be described as demons around my bed. Quite scary really, but its not real.
