Then why have nothing bad has occurred to the majority of non-muslims that eat pork. If God has created animals for human enjoyment or use, then why was the pig created?

After 13 responses, I really didn't get a believer who answered the question.

I'm not trying to make fun of anyone. I just want to know.

I assume that since Sunday is your day of worship, you all go to work on Saturday?

I mean, you think that atheists should go to work on Christmas, even though our employers give us the day off. So I think theists should also go to work on Saturday, even if their employers give them that day off.

Also, some religions call Saturday a day of worship, so I assume you go to work on Sunday.

meteors and found them all to be around the same age..approx 4.6 billion years old. Why did they not consult the Creationists? They could have saved themselves from looking so foolish, since you cannot date something to be older than about 60,000 years! Duh!

I know you teach that Jesus rose as a spirit and not with a physical body. How then do you interpret the following verses?

John 2:19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
Joh 2:20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?
Joh 2:21 But he spake of the temple of his body.

What Virus causes alcoholism? Because My alcoholic stepfather breathes on me quite often, and yet I've never managed to catch alcoholism--How contagious is it? Is it sexually transmitted? When I choose not to drink to excess, was that some kind of atheist-metaphysical vaccination?

Or are Alcoholics just saying it's a Disease to excuse all the harm they do to people when they choose to stay drunk for six months at a time? Isn't excusing sins like that what Jesus is for?

God bless!

Do you think works-based religions appeal to slightly masochistic people? There has to be a reason people would so fervently cling to shame-based worship, as opposed to the freedom of Christ's grace, as spoken of in Romans 8.

just my thoughts. I'm interested in hearing thoughtful replies.

When I thought you guys said he was about infinite love, and forgiveness...

You say god is a spirit and god is everywhere. If that's true then how can you be spiritually separated? You can't be physcially separated because god is not physical. So how can you be separated from god at all?

According to the following article (see link) they are debating on whether or not Pastafarianism is a religion.
So my question is: Do you consider the FSM a 'god' and is Pastafariansim a religion?

Well, how do you know that God didn't change the rules again, and from now on you're supposed to follow Islam? Jews knew and lived by their scripture and wholly rejected Jesus (with the exception of a few questionable characters that Jesus convinced to follow him) and even today they still reject Jesus because of their scripture. What makes you so confident that even though the only culture in the world that followed the god known as YHWH rejects Jesus and are damned because of it, you aren't damned for not accepting Muhammad? You say you know your scripture and the scripture says nothing about Islam, but the Qu'ran says differently, just like Jews knew their scripture (Tanakh) said nothing about Jesus even though the Christian bible clearly says it does.

By the way, for those that say there were many Jewish converts to Christianity, there are also many Christian converts to Islam.
