(**please, people answer who read the Bible regularly) i mean, if God Jesus and the Holy Spirit are all in one, although there seperated(still confused).. do i pray to the Father like Jesus himself did many times, or do i pray to the father myself since Jesus was a human man and so am I (even though im not God in the flesh like he was, maybe giving him the right to pray directly and not me). But i also seem to remember reading in the Bible somewhere that unlike the roman catholic church using the pope as a mediator, i can pray to God the Father directly if i want to. Some say you should pray to God the Father, but then say "in Jesus name amen" as in using Jesus to 'send the message' im SOOO confused, hopefully there are people out there who can help me and give me scripture quotes so i know what to do. i want to pray the right way and to the right part of the trinity, or all.. im rather new to this all.

Lake of fire, no denyin'
all around, sinners fryin'
A beautiful sight!
Jesus came back tonight!
Walking in a CHRISTian wonderland

Gone away is the sunlight
Here to stay the relgious right
The sky's raining fire
It's what God desires
Walking in a CHRISTian wonderland

In the bible there is armageddon
and we crave it like we crave the air
getting off on condemning our fellow men
We'll be watching you from way up there!

Later on, we'll conspire
as we watch you catch on fire
To face unafraid, the God that we made
Walking in a CHRISTian wonderland!

How can you forgive a friend who has hurt you badly, if you know you are the innocent in the situation?

Kids are generally expected to grow out of having imaginary friends - why do religious people encourge this among adults.

first off, i'm an atheist and i will be an atheist forever, based on my present convictions.

you must have noticed that there are "crazy" people here. both atheist and theist alike. but when you actually talk to them, and especially if the topic is not about religion, most of them i've talked to are actually pretty nice people. even the "crazy" ones out here...

your thoughts?(and religion if you have one)

Many people say that religion is "man-made." I can agree with that statement. So how can you worship an entity that you believe to be The Creator without aligning yourself to a "religion?"

This guy proved to me that Jesus was just made up and I researched the apologist answers, and then the skeptic sources and I guess he's right - but I don't care!

My pastor told me that I had to still believe anyway because my parents are believers also and I cannot break tradition because it will ruin the economy and democracy, so I decided even though Jesus never was really a person, that I would just keep believing - I mean it's a lot easier to keep believing it, instead of listening and debating against all that reason and logic.
