Nope, I think its totally okay..If you havent been gay then you dont know wither or no its a choice. I would never ask a person to be anything other than what they truly are.

Yes, I agree with you that noone chooses to have same sex atttactions. However, neither does alcoholics choose their predilection, and they are quite aware that they are accountable for their unwillingness to abstain and seek helpful resources and support.
And, I really would rather be agreeable, if I could, but I hate to break it to you, but you are flat wrong about gays being born that way, that sexual orientation is constitutional in nature, and therefore inerascible. You've been taught this by the politically correct mantras that you constantly hear. Sadly, even gay politics have taken over all the major scientific guilds starting with the APA. Stating it over and over again, as if it was true, never will change the fact that it's not! This is what the gay agenda of misinformation is mostly about, as well as attempting to shame others into silence who think and/or know differently.
Please listen to what I am saying here. I am a psychologist with a membership in the APA, a Christian, and an ex-gay! Science tells us that environmental influences are predominant (see Bailey and Pillard's monozygotic twin studies from the 90's; even LeVay and Hamer had to admit that at least environmental influences as a significant factor. By the way, all these men of science are gay!); that sexual orientation is actually fluid and the trend is toward heterosexuality as maturity occurs (Laumann, 1994); and that there is research evidence that many experience a shift and/or change in their sexual orientation through reparative therapies and/or faith-based support groups (Spitzer, 1999; Jones and Yarhouse, 2007). Please broaden your information base to anyone and anything outside of those who are from the left of center! A good start would be to check in on NARTH's and Exodus International's websites, rather than websites that will tell you what they want you to believe about these groups. Nothing better than a primary source (from the horse's own mouth, so-to-speak).

Yes I think it is wrong..I also think that just like most other sins, it should be between the individual and God, and not the business of everybody else. "Judge not, lest ye be judged."
God didn't make homosexuals homosexual any more than he made murderers or child molesters or thieves do what they do. (NOTE: I am NOT equating homosexuality with murder or molestation, etc!) It's called "free will". Yes I know some will swear it is their natural instinct to be gay, that they were born that way, it's not a choice, but it IS a choice, because we are all born with some natural instincts that we just have to say NO to if they go against our beliefs or the law. At least that's my take on the matter. No matter what though, a true Christian will "love the sinner, hate the sin".

Yes, homosexuality is a sin and it is wrong. There are many many verses I could quote to back that up. God didn't make anyone gay, it is a choice, just like any other sin. That's like saying God made so and so an alcoholic--nope, we make that choice ourselves.
Does God love gays? Yes, He loves everyone. Does he love their ways? Nope. You've heard the saying 'hate the sin love the sinner' before? Just because someone is gay doesn't mean we have to hate them or be vicious to them. I have many gay friends who know exactly how I stand on the matter. The big difference is I treat them like they are God's children (we all are) and I treat them the way I would like to be treated. I do pray for them and try to talk with them about their lifestyle, because I do know if they don't change they won't be joining me in Heaven and face an eternal hell. There are just way too many verses in the Bible to argue that homosexuality is ok by God.

I personally could never be homosexual but I don't condemn people that are. I think people don't understand they didnt choose to be gay they were born gay just like I was born straight. You are attracted to what you are attracted to, I guess some people argue that they could control it but who wants to live their whole life as a lie. I think people that say it is wrong are people that do not have family members or close friends that are gay and choose not to listen to a gay persons life or feelings about why the way they are.
As far as God is considered, I thought all people were born with sin, even if people want to think being gay is a sin, everyone sins, and people just have their sin of choice.

Here is the problem with your arguement. We know that 97-98% of the population has a heterosexual orientation, right? Just because they are that way, doesn't mean they have free license to fornicate any time and with anyone they want. There is a big difference between orientation and behavior. Behavior is definitely a choice, and that is where the sin comes into play.

Stupid question. Of course it is wrong. It is wrong because it is not the will of God that a man should be with a man or a woman with a woman. Sin is anything that goes against the will of God. Does this mean Homosexuals are doomed to Hell? No it doesn't. Does it mean they shouldn't be allowed to attended church? If a man who fornicates can attended church why should a church discriminate against homosexuals. After all that's why you go to church. It's a promise to God to walk away from your sinful ways.
As for God being perfect... dumb argument. By your logic there shouldn't be sin period but there is.

If you go by the bible, it is an abomination. If you believe the bible, God would not create someone to be gay. Possibly the devil has had a hand in the person being gay. Basically, if someone has those tendencies, they should fight them and not give in to them. The same a person trying to quit drugs. I am not saying I agree with this, but this is the explanation I've been given by others. My son has been showing feminine qualities and has had me questioning whether he'll grow up to be gay since he was 2. If it's a choice, why has a child who is now 9 been showing these tendencies since he was 2? I don't think anyone knows.

Yes and God did not make people gay. Being gay is a personal decision. Don't blame God for that.

According to scripture it is wrong.God didn't make people homosexual but he blessed mankind with the power of choice, and with that choice, mankind can either choose to follow God's word or follow their own whims. It is easy to stand back and accuse God of a lack of judgment based on false pretense and secular misinformation,I suggest you may want to read what his word says about it and make your own choice.Don't just take my or anyone else's word for it.Good luck
