Depends on how strong his feelings are for you and how deep the church has its claws in him. Doesn't matter what his mother is, or what his father is, it's his belief that matters.
And just for the record, it's Jehovah's Witness - meaning he belongs to Jehovah. If he really does, be prepared to convert or be tossed aside.

Someone who is dedicated their life to Jehovah is baptized.
As a baptized Christian who knows the bible he or she would realize that scriptures support for a happy Godly marriage is between two Christians.

It depends more on if they even allow him to date period..Some religions wont let their kids be alone w/ someone of the opposite sex.
