Isnt that a form of targeting/harassing/chatting?
I understand that some questions trigger more questions, but wouldn't it be better to just ask a new question?

well, the theory is "STRING THEORY" this theory says that there are parallel universes and that maybe those parallel universes had collided with our universe and have created the expansion of the universe.

Do you believe it?

By the way, string theory is a beautiful theory that says that we don’t need a god to make sense of the universe; do you eat that piece of crap? If so, give your rationale as to why you believe this theory is true?

Also I have a question, if you don’t have your own criteria and opinion on scientific evidence, doesn’t that makes you an ignorant person?

for expample, is a scientist tells you that the universe will collapse in on itself do you believe what he or she tells you? or do you just believe it?

The Millenium Simulation was completed in 2007 by a group of astronomers. It covers billions of light years in distance and approximately 20 billion galaxies.

Here are three high quality videos of it:

Here is the original site:

http://video.yahoo.com/video/play?vid=1084757813&fr=yfp-t-501

The simulation is an accurate reproduction of 20 million galaxies, comprising only a small part of the observable universe. Each point of light is a galaxy made up of billions of stars.

Does anyone feel as awed by this as I do? Earth is so small on the scale of things, a mere speck of dust. I'm curious if this influences your perspective at all, especially if you are religious.

E.g.: "The slogan 'Don't buy from Jews' was used by the German Catholic magazine Germania as early as 1876" - The War of the World by Niall Ferguson.

Believing in such twisted concepts as anyone who doesn't believe that Jesus was divine will go to Hell? I've been struggling to get myself around that one for the longest time, and I could never be able to sleep with myself at night if I let myself believe that. What denominations have a less literal interpretation of the Bible and take it for its message.

Beyond the logical flaws of taking the Bible in anywhere near a literal realm, people forget that Jesus liked to speak in parables and metaphors all the time, really no need for all this fire and brimstone nonsense. Would their be any good denomination for me?

It is an ad promoting the Folsom Street Fair in San Fransisco. Would the GLBT be all upset if Christians did an ad up mocking them? Why would they feel the need to denegrate the Christian beliefs? If they believe it is not a sin to be the way they are, then why mock Christ?

mmm...
That wording sound so OFF! It is not meant to be rude.
What I am asking here is that if I can use the names "God" and "Jesus" interchangeably in any situation.
If not, when does one apply to what situation?

Interesting...these people want to scare people by showing them the consequences of people's supposed sinful lives....such as aborted babies, the homosexual dying of AIDs, etc...

However, do you think "hell night" shows what happens when they ignore the sins of gluttony and allow themselves to get fat... Do they show fat people hooked up to dialysis machines, blood pressure monitors, or having to get around in wheelchairs, because they could not control their desire to eat too much...these verses show us that obesity/gluttony are sins...Proverbs 23:2, II Peter 1:6, Philippians 3:19, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, Proverbs 23:20-21, II Peter 1:5-7, II Timothy 3:1-9, so why not focus on those too.

Or, maybe they could show a broken family after a divorce...a girl crying at night because her Daddy is not at home...for divorce is a sin too...1 Corinthians 6:9, Luke 16:18, matthew 5:32, Matthew 19:9,

Why do Christians pick and choose?

We look upon prayer as a means of getting things for ourselves; the Bible's idea of prayer is that we may get to know God himself.

God always answers prayer, but he doesn't always answer it in the way we expect or according to our time frame. I have found his answers generally fall into one of three responses: "Yes", "No", or "Wait".

I believe that we should pray for our children. We should pray that our children faith will grow toward God.

How essential is prayer to you?
