How silly--do you think abused children have a guardian angel? Do you think the people and children in Darfur have guardian angels? Do you think terrorists have guardian angels? Do you think starving babies have guardian angels?
Guardian angels are mythical creatures brought about by those who feel entitled and better than everybody else.

The bible says that God will put "angels over us, to keep us in all of our ways", that is, for a person who loves Him.
That being said, I do not think this indicates each person has a particular guardian angel.
I could be wrong.
