first known relationship was between 2 males? I mean if the first relationship was gay thats fine. Where did God come up with women? How did the intelligent designer come up with the size shape etc of women?

Most Christians are trained to use God as a dumping ground for everything they dont understand.

Here are examples

"I dont understand what just happen, God did it"

"I dont understand why we're here, God has a plan"

"I dont understand how the universe came about, God did it"

"I dont understand how I didn't die, God did it"

"I dont understand how I woke up, God did it"

She has told you that it would be good for a certain problem because she has enchanted it or whatever the term is? Can you use this as it is really just a cream?

Or at least some higher being. I'd be creeped out if I believed that all I'd do is turn to dust when I die. The thought of God is comforting to me.

Can you not insult or even speak to the people you do not like in person? Must it be done behind our backs.

People have the right to choose their way of living! You can offer them choices, but then step back & let them live as THEY see fit. They alone will give account of their choices; not you.

As of yet, I am not materially wealthy and not able to live close to the synagogues in my city. I live about 45 minutes from the Jewish community. In addition to that, the Jewish community in my city seems very secular to me from what I know of Judiasm. In other words, I don't go to shul, but I believe the Torah. I have been thinking about converting for about 3 years, but don't know what to do or who to talk to especially since the local synagogues seem very liberal. Any advice from Jews, ger tzaddikim, Noahides, or Jewish friendly people, etc will be very much appreciated...........people filled with hated and other ignoramuses please post else where.

1. You refuse to accept any other possibilities about how the universe came about

2. Most of you were raised to be bias against any other belief

3. Thinking about scientific possibilities is too hard. It's easier for you to just say "God did it"

4. You can't imagine reality. (humans in this big scary universe with no skydaddy to watch over us)

5. You dont have enough confidence in humans to keep feel safe so you imagine your imaginary friend is keeping you safe.

Earlier today, this delightful site was posted by an atheist, who wanted to know what Christians thought of it:
http://www.truechristian.com/
Now, before you go there, I need to warn you (as our atheist buddy did not) that this is a troll site...a rather ridiculous attempt by a really twisted person to make Christians look like idiots.
My question is, after you've seen this pathetic parody, what do you, as an atheist, think?
Many of you have roasted Christians for posting hate-sites, and rightly so...thinking of Freddie Phelps, for instance, who is an embarrassment to Christ, let alone Christianity.
So, having truthfully told us that posting hate sites is a no-no, and showing us the error of our ways...do you now think this site is "funny"??
Since you have all read the Bible, or so you tell us, and since you all have such high IQs and are so logical, I'm sure your answers will be courteous and considerate.
Thank you.

atheists always have to claim they are of superior intelligence to anyone that doesn't agree with them 100% of the time. I can't tell you how many times an atheist has called me an "idiot" simply because I believe in creationism. Why haven't atheists evolved better debating tactics than that? The bizarre part is that these "intellectuals" are actually 20 year old punks getting an AA degree in english lit from a local community college. It isn't the people that have PhDs from yale or harvard. It's the people that are very insecure with their own intellect, so they become pretensious and band together under some false sense of elitism. I have a friend that was dating a girl(an idiotic bimbo, according to him). Yet, when he saw a copy of "Origin of Species" in her apt she became a genius in his eyes. Nevermind that she later gave him VD. Can a person that believes in creationism and God ever be considered smart by atheists? Is there any way atheists can respect views other than their own?

Choose to live in the world like an Ostrich. (Just like in Noah's day)
No I am not wearing a tin foil hat and use my time to research when not at work. I am a Christian I believe that Jesus is returning soon, and to me Global Warming is a Plague spoken in the Book of Revelation, and many of the earth's problems are written in the Bible God always showed his power, vegnance through Climate and weather pheonemana.

As far as the Mayan Calendar they don't speak of the world blowing up but changing in a dramatic way, could that mean the rapture, Jesus's return to earth, Sunspots that might cause the earth to scorch and burn, not sure but if you read current events, study scripture, look at science discoveries and look at the condition of the human heart and spirit in the world, you would have to be deaf dumb and blind not to see that what Jesus said is coming together in a prophetic way.
Hope you are ready..Are you?

I was introduced to my in-laws prior to my wedding 11 months ago, because I come from a different state and I met my husband during travel and working abroad.
I thought we were getting along, But i was hurt to learn that my SIL and my MIL were talking behind my back and pretending that everything was O.K in my face. When I confronted them about the tension going onthey found faults in the samallest things , and we realised that we don't have anything in common, even we all grin and bear at family reunions. they even blamed me for being too bubbly, when i just wanted to be friendly and make everyone to feel comfortable about my newness. I guess my bro-in-law's galfriend was being jealous bcoz she has been longer and I was stealing the show, and I consider myself charming and attractive. Anyway, to get back to my question, can I forgive them, but not feel obliged to see them all the time, knowing we have no chemistry. I have the liberty to choose my circle of friends and positive energy.
