You are right, people will be held accountable for the choices and decisions they make. However, the problem that arises is hypocrisy. First, and I have found this more true with liberals, agnostics and atheist than people in other areas, people will say "Freedom of speech" but what they really mean is "I have the right to say whatever I want but you don't because you are imposing on me." Another grand example is "You can offer me choices" but what they really mean is "Don't say something that disagrees with me or you are forcing your value system onto me and therefore taking away my freedom of religion."
Regardless of whether you or I or anyone else believes in God doesn't change the fact that He exists and Heaven and Hell exists. Regardless of if you or I or anyone else accepts Jesus Christ and His sacrifice on the Cross will not change the fact that He is the Savior and accepting Him will allow someone to reach Heaven.
Now you are right, it is not for me to hold a gun to your head and make you believe for only God can change someone's heart but it is my job to take the Good News of Jesus Christ to the world. The only way I can do that, though, is by either writing in places like this or opening my mouth.

The problem is that some people simply don't respect the fact that people have the right to choose how they want to live. Nor do some people respect people's right to believe or think differently from one another. It's a shame really that some people have to be so damn fanatical to the point that there are limits that are being exceeded.

Theres a diference between an offer and an imposition. We cant offer truth? What are you? The offer police?
Why dont you let people offer what they will and let people choose as they will. Offering is not forcing, you are mistaken.
We also will give an account to God for our responsilbity and mandate to share his truth with unbelievers.

True enough. Even Jesus encouraged that approach.
Share the Gospel, then let folks decide. If they accept Christ, you've gained a brother or sister in Christ.
If they reject the message, you've lost nothing.

Your own statement is imposing your idea and notions on us.
Actually, forcing convictions on others could be wrong as far as common sense is concerned. Depends on situation.

Your argument is self refuting - because you are imposing your personal conviction on others.

so, who came to your house and forced you to follow their personal convictions? or are you one of those folks who flip out if anyone so much as mentions their own beliefs? i hope not, because it's gonna get mighty lonely hiding under the bed with only dust bunnies for company...

In what manner is typing one's personal opinions "imposing" them on someone?

True that. I guess some people get overzealous. It can be annoying.
