there comes a time when you have to shut up and do what you dot want to do to get done what has to be done, its called being a grown up. war is not great, but if you want to change the world its nessary.. all these people saying we cant help the middle east.why, because history says so? do any of you really know history...it was gengis kahn who created such intollerence in islam, funny how christians were the ones burning peopel alive in the last great wars..this is not the same world it ever has been, if you dont change it now, we will have to deal with the conciquences of hate and vanity with weapons of cowards who give no warning, and who kill those who were never prepaired to fight....the very fact we have a presence int he middle east brings exposiure to a different way of life, the islam in the middle east is not true islam, it is the hate of kahn. true islam accepts other religions as they are.people say god is infinite, why does everyone try to make him one specific thing.

No. The passage says that the "glory" of Moses' ministration of the law was to be done away, but not the law. Read the whole passage of 2 Corinthians 3:3-9 again, carefully. The subject is not the doing away with the law or its establishment, but rather, the change of the location of the law from "tables of stone" to the "tables of the heart." Under Moses' ministration the law was on stones. Under the Holy Spirit's ministration, through Christ, the law is written upon the heart (Hebrews 8:10). A rule posted on a school bulletin board becomes effective only when it enters a student's heart. Christ's ministration of the law is effective because He transfers the law to the heart of the Christian. Then keeping the law becomes a delight and a joyful way of living because the Christian has true love for both God and man.

So the laws are still in play right?

I have heard that, if you don't apply for a provisional licence before the end of this month (March) you'll have to wait untill your 21. Is this true? Because I know, over here, in England, you can apply for one when your 16. And I wish to get one. But I want to know, if this is going to happen now. Can you please provide me with some proof from the government or something.

I just wanted to know why atheists don't get one and most other religions have a celebration. I know alot of people argue that having an atheist day would be useless because you say there is nothing to celebrate. Well we do, we have achieved alot and we have just as much right to have our own day as Christians, Muslims, Jews etc...

First of all my apologies to the real followers of religion, but I really must do this as part of a project.

Can you please help me think of questions that do not include the concept of religion, but will provoke some kind of religious response?

For example, ‘Do you think schools should educate children on evolution?’ May be that would draw in some believers to enlighten me on their religion, whatever it is.

And when I ask them, I'll ask them in a different account.

At a recent holy book fire, i was inspired to start writing my own version of "The Bible... version 2".

So far, the editing process has consisted mainly of deleting all the non-sense and mistranslation... and chopping out all the "holy" references and the "god", jesus, the devil, the holy spirit, mary, joseph, matthew, mark, luke and john characters... basically to set the record straight.

What would be some good topics to include?

(BTW - Cristians, please dont say i cant do this, because 1700 years ago, some people wrote *their* own version of the bible, thanks.)

I have started to attend church groups since last month. I have had small talks with a 25 yo ladee I met at one group. I've talked to her a few times - there were times where I had to cut off the conversation because it was getting late.

she asked for my email and number last week which I politely gave her. she was going to send me more information on the group which she did. why does she need my number for that?

Today I went to one of their activities day. She was there all dressed nice with (might i add) the nice shoes. When she was leaving with her friends she said if I want to have coffee to discuss anything.

I'm new to the church scene so I'm not sure what is appropriate behaviour...

According to the book of Deutronomy 18:18.
18:18 I will raise them up a prophet from among their brothers, like you; and I will put my words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I shall command him.
Prophet Muhammad(peace be upon him) has all the characteristics that Prophet Moses(peace be upon him) had.

So is Muhammad the promised massiah, if not then why?

In Islam we believe that there are three forms of life. Humans, angles and jins. We also believe as it is written in our holy book that gins and angles can move at incredible speeds and that they are made of different forms of energy. I live in the Middle East and everyone knows these as fact and have done so for thousands of years.

Einstein proved over one thousand years later that "e=mc^2" which means that any matter that moves faster then the speed of light is turned into energy.
