What I mean is if someone you really love dies I would like to think of them living on somewhere else and looking down on me, but for those people who point blank do not belive, is the pain worse and how is that comforting, especially if it is tragic cirumstances?

This Government's philosophy IS that the freedom to live a homosexual lifestyle should always trump the freedom to disagree or follow the teachings of Christianity, Judaism or Islam.
As a Christian, I believe in the Bible’s teaching that all humans are my ‘neighbours’ and that I should love all of my neighbours equally. I therefore support any work done by the Government to promote such principles. However, I am very concerned that the Government proposes to go beyond these principles and encroach on every ones freedom of conscience.
Freedom of conscience should not be restricted to certain times of the week and to certain occasions (on a Sunday for a Christian, on Saturday for a Jew, and on Friday for a Muslim). A persons faith shapes a believer's life 24/7. This means that if the Government uses law to determine our opinions and actions, they seriously encroach freedom of conscience in this country.

This Gov wants to legislate against you

Is freedom of conscience important to you?

Just a interesting thing, I find myself believing in a God, but not in religion. But i was wondering why human nature is built up to feel the need to believe that there needs to be something more? Can we answer this with an open mind.

there was no one else on earth to recite sermons,or prepare documents for their marriage. They did it at their mutual agreement. so, should we infer: it is not an adultary if both gave their consent,a third party is not needed.
Was the first human child legitimate?
(especially to the muslims and religious ones)!

(1) We create a group of people who are willing to spend at least an hour a day on Yahoo! Answers.

(2) We all ask as many questions a day as possible. We all answer each others' questions. We always give each other best answers and thumbs ups. This way we can rise in the levels fast and get all the powers top contributers get. Over the months we may even make it to the Leaderboard.

(3) We always act politically correct. We never go against the majority view. This way most answerers will support us. And we always report answers and questions against us or our views, using what seem to be convincing reasons. This way our critics will be hushed.

The one loophole I can find is (and it's a shame) that points have no monetary value.

Anyhow what do you think? :-) Hypothetically speaking, of course. Hehe.

Is Christianity a religion or relationship with God/Jesus Christ?

(Don't answer if you're not a Christian)

In India, since nearly 4 or 5 decades, the Christian missionary people are converting Hindus in to Christianity, telling them that Jesus is the only way to go Heaven. Besides, they are inviting people to their prayer meeting often conducted by various groups of churches. Its fine and there is nothing to say in it. But, my question is, why don't they take any effort to approach people who are dwelling in slums and in the street corners? They are also the people who must know about Jesus and Christianity. They don't even get food, clothings and shelter, which are the basic needs of a common man. Why not the missionaries approach and teach them Bible and make them to understand about Jesus? In the sight of God, it will be good and God will be proud when a soul turns towards him. I think, the missionaries will look in to this and understand what should be done immediately, before a soul is taken in to hell.
