"Kolob means 'the first creation.' It is the name of the planet 'nearest to the celestial, or the residence of God.' It is 'first in government, the last pertaining to the measurement of time. . . . One day in Kolob is equal to a thousand years according to the measurement of this earth.' (Book of Abraham, pp. 34-35; Abra. 3:3-9.)" (Mormon Doctrine p. 428)

There are certain questions asked (not in this message board of course) by such people as the President of India and the Queen of Jordan and I see many users answering in a casual, even disrespectful tone, and they seem to forget that they are talking to heads of state and royalty! One example is at http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylc=X3oDMTFwN3VkMzFpBF9TAzM5NjU0NTEwOARfcwMzOTY1NDUxMDMEc2VjA2Zyb250IHBhZ2UEc2xrA0ZQX0luLm1hbnRsZQ--?qid=20070301145921AA9ayoi and the most striking disrespect I noticed was that certain users who criticized Islam or the Jordanian Government showed absolutely no restraint. How stupid do you have to be to insult the Queen of Jordan?

I saw this answer, "For a Christian, no act is truly evil because Jesus forgives us." In this question: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=ArPgXd0Xh5NG3DBQU.CfRV7d7BR.?qid=20070315062355AA7wPyr

Does this include all acts of evil?

"It is written, better to be a fool all your days than for one hour
to be evil. You are not a fool. They are the fools. For
he who causes his neighbor to feel shame loses Paradise
himself."

I would rather be a fool for Christ than a fool for nothing.

Pre-Tribbers who "think" they are so Holy, (condemning us to Hell with every other breath), they will be Raptured early, and not have to suffer anything?

In the Gospel of Nicodemus the purpose of Christ's descent into hell is to raise the dead and arrest Satan, taking from Satan what was gained from the Tree of Knowledge ( this is recorded to being among the chief virtues of the Gnostics, forebearers to modern Christianity ) by the force of the Tree of the Cross ( the ultimate sacrific asked of Jesus by God Almighty ) thereby returning man's souls to obedience to God and gaining a passage for all to enter Heaven. This then creates the unavoidable circumstance that Knowledge is heresy, how is this then resolved in modern Christianity? For those that ascribe to the four Gospels James has a fairly close parallel to these conduits of passage that are similar enough to convey the same argument.

What is the term for a literary form that relates past scriptural events to help explain and interpret present events?

I ******* hate it when they try and push their crazy ideas into your head, can't they accept the fact that some people (the good guys) are right in believing in evolution? I mean, how can someone believe that "god" created two people in the begining of time? Doesn't that mean we are all related and the human race is just a huge incest group? There are so many loop holes in the bible it just doesn't make sense and whenever asking a christian any questions about it they give you some ****** up excuse about god, it all a bunch of bs. Don't say I'm going to hell because it doesn't exist. I hope you all realise that when you die, oh wait you won't be able to because you will be rotting in the ground. Jesus? Whats with this guy, yeah maybe he was a real person, maybe. But healing powers and walking across water? Give me a break. Answer me this, how come, if jesus is some magic man, we haven't had the arrival of jesus? What is he waiting for? Also, the bible has been changed so much.

Simple enough question: Can those already IN heaven do evil, or has their free will been stripped from them?

[This question needn't apply to those who don't believe in a heaven or morality.]
