Depending on the condition of the soul when it
gets there?
If the soul is full of Love, Divine Fire refining one into pure spirit?
And if the soul is full of Hate, Divine (Hell) Fire
burning them up?

Everyone goes to the same place regardless of whether they have sinned or not. You are partially right when you ask if they are the same place. Hell does not exist because this is a man made concept used to control and indoctrinate. However, Heaven ( or spirit world as I know it) is where ALL souls go when they depart this earthly life. Depending on the life they have led on earth then they go to different places within Heaven. Those who have committed gross sin like murder are put together until they repent and in a way this is a living hell for them. God loves us and would not punish us whatever we did by putting us in hell, which is mythical anyway. I know all this as I am a spiritualist medium and my information comes directly from the spirit world (Heaven)

The best book, I could give tell you read is
The Miraculous Journey of Mahomet, by Marie-Rose Seguy
Everything is well ok, but I do not like the part it does not have the prophet's face covered. reason why, well I want to respect the prophet's wishs and leave him in peace and also avoiding idolotry.

Well, you have to understand that heaven and hell are totally in diffrent, well, the closest word I can use it realms or areas from each other. Thire are many diffrent parts of heaven as well as hell. The more you were devoted and did good deeds the higher you are likly to be placed in heaven. For, Hell however, for diffrent kinds of sinners they have thier own place, for examples the hypocritcs have thire own section, with thire own deamons and devils that punishs them. Everyone has thire own place where they will go. This why
we have to keep doing good deeds, repent and do our prayers before, Yawm al-Qīyāmah (Day of the Resurrection).

Heaven and Hell are not places like Akron, Ohio or the bottom of a bird cage are places.

Heaven and hell are states of existence and being of an immaterial soul.

Heaven is the existence of the soul in the eternal presence of God.

Hell is the existence of the soul in the eternal absence of God.

Pope John Paul II gave a very good series of addresses on the nature of Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory that vcan be read at http://www.ewtn.com/library/PAPALDOC/JP2HEAVN.HTM

According to Srimad-Bhagavatam there are heavenly planets and hellish planets. Earth planets is considered to be an intermediate place where there is enjoyment (heaven) as well as suffering (hell). Whe one dies, he, the soul, can go upward (heavenly planets) or downward (hellish planets) according to ones activities during his present stay within a particular body. This heavenly and hellish planets share something in common and that is the presence of the cycle of repeated birth, disease, old age, and death. In the upper planetary systems the life span is greater and the suffering is lesser and the opposite applies to the lower planetary system.
The idea is to get out of this heaven-hell system and reach the spiritual realm (vaikunta planets) where the basic miseries (birth, disease, old age and death) are not present. That is the real heaven where life is eternal and full of enjoyment.

I've been searching the Vatican website to give you the reference on this, without success, so far.

However, for once the Holy See is ahead of the game. John-Paul II issued an encyclical, I think around 1999, in which they changed the infernal rules. Hell is no longer a 'place', it's a state of mind.

So....in a way, your question answers itself, the "burning soul" image is a self-inflicted condition.

I'm amazed at the amount of people who can't even accept a hypothetical when they see one, or play along just because they are slightly curious.

If they are both the same place, then it would indeed be an interesting theory, and one I've thought often about as well.

Two different things. If you need to be made pure, then you don't need to be in Heaven. You've got a whole lifetime to work on purity. There's nothing impure about love.

In the constellations of the heavens, Hell and Paradise are next to each other. (Corona Borealis and Scorpi Black Hole)

It is not. Hell is where one goes if they reject Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, because all have sinned in the eyes of God. Those that repent of their sins and turn to Christ for salvation shall enter into heaven.
