trades in his 45 year old wife for a 28 year old american blonde, and the wife still exists, isn't it better to believe in Peter Jackson and go to heaven, where there is plenty of vodka, kahlua and milk for all - than to doubt PJ and risk hell, with its soft drinks?
Or not?
:P

I call myself a Scientologist because that is the main Religion I apply in my life.

I agree with parts of Paganism, Buddhism, Mormon(ism), Taoism, Christianity and many other Religions.

I do not believe that what I follow or do is the only way. But I do maintain my integrity on it. I have made a choice to apply something to my life as many of you have.

I actually think if we all applied our Religions fully we could all get along and sort this place out.

Why do people accept the evils in our world but denounce God or Religion? Why do people focus so hard in taking out Prayer in schools or anything to do with God. These sames schools where children killing children, children having Children, Children doing drugs etc.

Wouldn't their focuses and protests be better served in helping with these more serious problems?

...that i am lacking so desperately this evening? My friend's father and his girlfriend died of carbon monoxide poisoning because of a faulty heater, and on the way to the wake in CT. my close friend of 13 years, who was driving, punched me in the side of the head for needing to stop at a rest area so I could utilize the restroom. She was running late from the start but we had more than enough time to get to the wake, which was 4 hours long. She was in a rotten mood, she argued with me for 15 miles about it, and when I insisted she stop, boom, socked me right in the ear. I'm fine, physically. I was stranded in CT though, an hour from where I live, and I couldn't reach anyone to pick me up for hours. I missed my friend's father's wake and funeral, though, and that just kills me.

When I came home, I found that my apartment had been robbed. I've never had anything but a wallet stolen from me before. Please - I could really use a non-religious hopeful story, etc. about humanity.

Thanks

I mean, they think Christians are stupid, ignorant, self-righteous and stuff. When all of that is not true! Tell my why people think this stuff.

"Convincing people that there is a God is about as difficult as convincing kids that candy is good for them." This quote is a response from an atheist who was asked why so many people believe in a God if there really isn't one. So, what do you think of this quote? Do you agree or disagree? I'm not an atheist, but I like this quote...I think there is definitely truth to that statement.

I am looking for your belief, not what your told nor what someone else thinks.

By FREE I mean able to understand and overcome any barrier or situation, basically to not be trapped.

This question has been with me for awhile. I know everyone can know, but so few do, Why is that? I am free of religion so I belong to none. I also know there is truth in all religions.

I ask because of watching the animal planet channel. Seeing people attacked by lions, alligators and great white sharks has me wondering. Why God created them and what their purpose on earth is. Thanks for your answers and God bless you.

I use to be christian when i was little. A very open minded and tolerant one. I've been to baptist churches, evangelican, mormen churches and a regular old family worship center so i've been to a bunch. All these churches had something in common: " homosexuality is an evil sin and you are not normal" and "you will go to hell if your not apart of so-in-sos sect". it saddend me that christians had become so far from love that they are turning to verses and chants instead of learning with open minds and hearts. it seemed like they were reading a book and being told how to act and what to do like puppets. I want to have a faith and i do want to love god but i have seen many christians who have tainted christianity for me and it's not longer in my heart. What made you turn away or keep your faith?

They can't be happy with what they are unless they are ranting and raving about Christian values. I agree that not all people that claim to be Christians are in fact "Saved". On the same token, I believe that a lot of folks who claim to be atheists are just mad at God about something and not true Non-believers. But that does not open the Christian lifestyle up to attacks by non-believers.

Demons, posing as doctors, have convinced you all that you have internal organs -- that your bodies are divided into different parts on the inside (parts that are not visible by the naked eye, how convenient is that) and that these parts must work together in order for our bodies to function.

However, if we seek the truth, we have to look no further than the vegetables that were created by god. Our bodies are completely solid and all the work is done at the molecular level -- like potatos, in the garden. God made us from dirt, after all.

Doctors want you to believe that you need organ systems to live ... when this is completely false. We are like God's Magic Potatos, and our insides are made primarily of starch.

Will you drop your false belief of intestines, gall bladders, and lungs and embrace the truth of the Magic Potato Theory today?
