Which books were eyewitness accounts?

Matthew and John are the only 2 that were actually Jesus' apostles and both Gospels were written by their followers. Acts was also written by a follower of an apostle. Paul wrote his letters but he never actually met Jesus and nobody really knows which John wrote Revelation....

So which part was an eyewitness testimony again?

in one Hand, God has sent many prophets and holybooks, miracles warning people from this Hell fire, which no one can handel its pain. and in the other hand, you are following ur "WISH" that nothing going to happen to you after die.......what makes u so sure and arrogant that nothing going to happen to you after ur death?

Some people starting answering with an explanation of Darwinian evolution,

At what point did you become a regular to this section, and understand the nuances of this section, who the other regulars were, what their religions are, and that with some of us you have to read the details?

The majority of Athiests are all about freedom of choice.

So why does anyone that have a different point of view from you, brainwashed? Don't you realize how angry that makes people that have studied their religion their entire lives?

If you're about freedom of choice, isn't it their choice to believe differently then you?

And I'm not talking about those that a extremists in their religion and are just as nasty as athiests, cause there are bad people in every religious group. I'm talking about those that you attack who do nothing but state that they believe differently then you, without attacking your beliefs.

After all, it's a choice. It's not legislated as to what you should believe (at least not in the USA).

Could this be true of Gensis Chapter 19 verse 31 - 36. The chapter reads "One day the older daughter said to the younger, "Our father is old, and there is no man around here to give us children—as is the custom all over the earth. 32 Let's get our father to drink wine and then sleep with him and preserve our family line through our father."
33 That night they got their father to drink wine, and the older daughter went in and slept with him. He was not aware of it when she lay down or when she got up.

why do people believe in god when the concept of a god is taught by parents who got it from thier parents and so-forth, its second hand religion, i mean when we're born we have no concept of a god until we are taught we are atheists or non-believers, it doesnt make sense, theidea of god is a teaching not a fact and therefore it cant be professed to be real because it would be under false pretences, im mean its not even an opinion, as an normal person (who doesnt believe in god) if i made the gesture that there is a man in the sky, or my heart that tells me to follow his path i would be called schizophrenic.

Birds don't have vocal cords like humans have, which is very important for talking. But when trained by a human they start learning to speak. But actual evolution theorem says that for a major change to happen it requires millions of years. Even pets become more smart as we train them while wild animals of similar species remain as they are. How is it possible?
I think a better explantion of evolution could be given using the concept of soul.
I think it would be simpler if I define soul as it is mentioned in scriptures. This is the true concept of soul. There is only one eternal soul with infinite capabilites. And its true self is eternal bliss. It can multiply itself if it feels too confined or get back to its origin by detaching whereever it has been wandering. This is what is the actual unaltered concept of soul.
A soul starting from single celled ones feeling too confined starts multiplying itself and ultimately formed many species due to its infinite capabilities. But soul...

They don't believe in God because of a lack of scientific evidence and yet some random guy claims to have found the bones of Jesus and they are jumping up and down about the discovery. Does anyone else see the hipocrisy in this?

I mean; does he actively promote atheism as the only way?

I checked out his web site. It looks like he's the atheist prophet.
He wants your donations for his non-for-profit-status- pending.

I have never read any of his books. I was going to, but not if he thinks he's got all the answers.

Keep the company of those who seek the truth and Run Away from those who have found it. - I don't know who wrote that quote, or said it first, but I agree with it.
Is Richard Dawkins just another person who claims to know absolute truth about unknowns?
Or did I get the wrong impression of him from his website?

When davinci code came out, they were so (scared), agitated, angry, made a whole fuss out of it until a director decided to make a movie out of it...
And now this bones issue...
If your religion is so right, and you have no uncertainties about it, then why do you brag about it?
Are yal afraid that someone will prove you wrong?
Im not mockin your guys, but rather, pointing out this unnecessary fuss...
There are so many theories that undermines other religions, there are so many theories dissing other religions, but i dun see such strong fuss from them, and their religion still survives...
Are Christians beginning to fear the END of their religion?
