Is apostasy of Christianity and the adoption of the Jewish faith a MATURATION process?

Christianity's doctrines and paradigms are so simplistic. How can intelligent, open-minded Christians not been drawn to the SOURCE of their faith?

That path require s leaving the easy excuses for sins behind.. no "satan made me", or "jesus clears my slate"..
