You all seem to agree that religion is fake because it was made by man. Atheism is also made by man who were looking for a different explanation of life. Don't you all have doubt that evolution is fake because it was an explanation from ordinary man?

See what the Holy Bible says........
John 3:16 said that "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

I am writing an essay that religious faith is a paradigm, much like kuhn describes certain models in science as paradigms. I need some strong counterarguments to argue against. Can anyone give me any ideas for why religious faith is not a paradigm, or anything that you think may contribute to my paper. Thank you so much.

Will we be able to see each other and talk with each other? What will we look like? Will we be able to distinguish one individual from the other?

I'm looking for serious answers, please -

If you are a Christian, try to answer this question as if you were an evolutionary athiest.
If you are an atheist, try to answer this question as if you were a Christian.
If you are neither, see if you can try to answer as both?

I reiterate.. Please be serious and sincere as to how you think you would answer, were you the religious opposite. The question follows:

How would you explain the symbiotic relationship between the clownfish and sea anenome?

He's refered to as "Father in Heaven" but he has no gender. Is it wrong to call him "Mother" or "she"? I don't think it is. but is it?

I'm curious to know why many people are so against what belivers stand for. As a beliver in Christ, you are taught to Love others, think about how to help others, to serve others. To develop the fruits of the spirit found in Galatians 5:22-23 which is Love,,joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, & self control.

I know that some people who proclaim faith act terribly but for those of you seeking knowledge the bible warns about false teachers who speak athuoritively in Jesus name. It tells us we will recogize them by thier fruit. Good lifestyles/ good fruit---Bad lifestyle/ bad fruit. This is for those of you who will no doubt point out Hypocrisy among us.

So what do you find objectionable about God and his Holy Writ?
I would really like to know.

on this quote from Albert Einstein:

"Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind. It is the concept of a "personal" god that is the main source of present day conflicts."

Is the mystery of the universe a religous concept?

Would we be better off believing in the mystery without the "personal" god?

Alright listen up. Give a scripture that says it or uses words that actually mean unconditional. This unconditional love thing has originated in New Age. Now come on and show me what you have. If you are going to quote some scriptures make sure you can show unconditional in it.

Whenever I question religion, people get very defensive, and angry even. They assume I am a bad person, which I am not. It is this type of anger that has killed so many over the milleniums dont you think? My beliefs are right and yours are wrong, this brings hatred and contempt. I believe religion is an evil to mankind.

"But no one knows of that day and hour, not even the angels of heaven, but my Father only" [Mathew 24:36]

"But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father" [Mark 13:32]

From those two verses, it is very clear that no one knows when the day of judgment will occur, except for God Almighty only (the Father). They also inform us that no man, angel, or even Jesus himself (the Son) know when the hour will come. If we assume that Jesus was God Almighty, a logical explanation is required as to why Jesus' knowledge is limited, and we all know that God's knowledge cannot be limited in anyway.

It seems like religious people only know of the beliefs behind their religion and not the history behind it all. I studied religion extensively (the history behind it all). Totally disgusted by it all. Corruption, control, greed, and lies are all the backbone of religion. Religious people are so passionate about their beliefs, but fail to really understand it all. Is it just easier to believe than to put some hard work into investigation??

other than yourself and your indoctrinated ( religious or not) pre-determined view/opinions on others, what others really believe? Are we not only trying to convince others that our viewpoint/beliefs are the correct one and anything else regardless of merit, wrong? Is there any reason as to why certain religious beliefs constantly insist on nothing less than the acceptance of a totalitarian viewpoint that extinguishes individual conclusion?
