Ok I feel like making a stance and going on a rant here.
Seriously....think about what you believe and then answer this....
How in the world can you believe in a personal god?
I'm not going to go into whether god exists or not because that won't go anywhere. But seriously, how ridiculous does this sound? Someone sitting up in heaven watching and judging every single thing we do, listening to our prayers and ...not answering them apparently. I mean are you seriously arrogant enough to think that you are so special that you actually matter to god if there is one? If this god created the entire universe what the hell do we matter?
At some point you have to face reality and realize that even if there is a god, he isnt personal and nothing that you do or say or pray about matters to him. In fact all of our worldly worries will be irrelevant to this god.

Think about it, and think about it again.

If god gave me free will and reason, then this is what I choose to do with it.

If Christianity itself preaches that a man and woman's feelings of lust has to be restricted within marriage, then why even allow people to date? Aren't dating and having sex, in themselves, expressions of lust?

Why not have an Arranged Marriage system where two people are chosen to be married by the priest & then they can do whatever they want?

Richard Dawkins makes the incredibly stupid claim that there is no God. He says this because he's never seen him personally and most of what we know about God comes from the Bible.

Well, guess what? Using that same logic, I can say that Richard Dawkins does not exist because I have never seen him myself in person.

ALL I know about Richard Dawkins is from a book.

Actually, for all I know, England doesn't exist because I have never been there. All I know about it are from second hand accounts.

It's all so simple now! There is no God and Richard Dawkins does not exist!

Whats the religion called (IF THERE IS ONE) that you believe in god but you dont believe in all the religion stuff, i believe in god but i believe he made science, im young , my dad is muslim, my mom is christian but we dont practice neither, i dont know why, but the more i learn about religion the more i dislike it, (although if i had to choose, id choose muslim) So is there a religion out there? (not scientology) Im just really, i want to believe what i believe and i hate that fact that NORMALLY when people are born into a religion they follow that and never really step outside of the box.. anyway is there a religion??

and you beleive in god right now, where would your faith lie?
im just wondering how many christians (or whatever) would stay "faithful" after the THREAT of being condemed to hell for all eternity is gone.
i know there are a lot that would stay faithful, but im pretty sure most really wouldnt
but i know theyd lie, whether its because they convinced themself otherwise or not

What do you have to lose by believing in FSM? Nothing. Why spend you life trying to fill the void with worldly possessions, when in the end they will perish? What do you have to lose by believing in FSM as your Savior? What do you have to lose by being filled with the Holy Noodly Appendage? What do you have to lose by having joy, peace, happiness, strength, patience, love, self-control? Nothing in this world can satisfy like FSM. Drugs and alcohol may satisfy for a short while but then what? What do you have to lose by enjoying your life to the full and not every worrying about anything? You won't have anything to lose.....Just a thought...
