Without a personal Creator-God, how are you anything other than the coincidental, purposeless miscarriage of nature, spinning round and round on a lonely planet in the blackness of space for just a little while before you and all memory of your futile, pointless, meaningless life finally blinks out forever in the endless darkness?

I think that is a run-on sentence. I don't need to have been created by an entity to give my life meaning. I think one's life should be defined by how they treat others, including those who have different beliefs from my own. I am sorry your life is so empty except for your God (that is certainly what you question implies). Maybe if we tried to make this world a better place and not worry so much about what happens when you die, we wouldn't have to worry som much about being "judged".

We aren't anything until we make something of ourselves. It's as simple as that. And once we've made something of ourselves, then we live on in the memories of our family, our friends, and all the people we've touched throughout our existence. And then, when all is said and done, we sleep (in the dead sense).

Quite honestly, I'm content with that. People can live for quite a long time. I'm sure that when I hit the elderly stage, I'll be glad to rest my mind.

I don't think my life is futile, pointless or meaningless. I believe life has meaning *today*, and isn't a dress rehearsal or some kind of test for the afterlife.

I only have so many years left on earth. The whole point of my life is to procreate, leave this world a little better than it was when I entered it, and hopefully be remembered for what I did. I give my life meaning, no one else can do that for me.

Good question. Mine is: Who created my personal Creator-God? Do they both come from this universe, or another one? And who created that one? And the one before that? And so on, ad infinitum?

My life has meaning to me and those around me. Thats enough for me. I do not need God to find value in myself and my fellow human beings.

...so what? What's wrong with that? Does that somehow affect your ability to live? Why does there have to be some grand overlying purpose to everything?
