Hi. I have always loved working out at the gym. However, I have given it up on many occassions because I thought it was an idol. I felt convicted about being around woman dressed the way they do in the gym plus the secular music. Giving it up was a hard thing. I am over weight now. Tomorrow I plan to get a 3 month membership ($66.) at a small city owned gym close to where I live. I really need the exercise. I notice however that not all Christians feel the same what as I do about the gym. I've met allot of pastors who work out. Just looking for some opinions.

Thanks,
Paul.

Would their hostile (assuming it's hostile) environment force them to "mutate" to "adapt" too, like our's is gradually causing us to do so? And would their evolution-process be alot quicker than our's, since their "intelligence" is so much "more advanced" than our's?

Also, would there be any religious aliens found on this planet of their's?

I won't accept any irrelevant answers like, "Since aliens don't exist, then blah blah blah...". The scenario here is that they "do".

Is there a religion where the clergy gets no befeits from their job? No money, no power, and no other physical benefits at all from preaching about their beliefs. I ask because I've recently realized that the profiting of the clergy is the main reason i don't trust organized religion. I think I might be able to really get into a religion where the preachers preach only because they believe.

As a child I got to hear from my mother ...."pehla namaz... doosra roza... teesra haj..." (I vaguely remember anything... i think I gave the numbering wrong)

Can anyone please help me recollect? (It would be of great help if I get a brief meaning of each principle)

Was there ever an ancient civilization that developed without some sort of guiding religious mythology, with some sense of divinity? In the ancient world I'd think this would happen less than it can today.

My sister can see spirits, but cannot communicate with them and I have always felt like I may have the gift too because I can FEEL them around me. People, I am sure, are going to think I am crazy. I have seen a spirit once, and it looked like a shadow. It scared the living daylights out of me, and darted off into the corner of my room. I feel like if I am able to see them, the feeling of them around me may not scare me so much. I dont want to conjure up anything unnatural because the outcome will just be fear, on my part. I just want to know if there is a way I can tell if I do have a gift, and a way I can learn to control or enhance it? My sister is frightened by her gift. Is there a way that I can help her control and learn more about it? Any help will be usefull! :) Thank you!

they had to make their own dirt. Does any one have any other good ones? Wont it be something when science really does create life? They will eventually you know. But I doubt if they make their own dirt. Interesting comments please?
