Holy water is regular water blessed by a priest.
It is NOT sold, but it free to anyone. When we enter church we use holy water to bless ourselves as a reminder of our baptism and to cleanse before receiving the Body of Christ.
It's purposes are many...blessings mostly. People take it home and use it to bless their children, certain rooms in the house etc.

In Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Old Catholic, Anglo-Catholic, and some other Churches, holy water is water which has been blessed by a priest, bishop, or deacon for the purpose of baptism.
Aside from other substances that may be added to the water as it is blessed, holy water is indistinguishable from ordinary water.

Holy water starts out as plain old water. A priest blesses the water and it becomes holy water. It's used in religious ceremonies to christen children, among other things.

Holy Water is not really "made". It is just regular water that has been blessed by a priest. (they say a prayer to purify the water)
It has many purposes. It is used to represent the Holy Spirit in a number of Catholic ceremonies.

Holy water is blessed. Water absorbs energy and has positive healing properties when blessed by someone with high spiritual vibrations.
There has been some interesting research done which shows how water changes in response to positive emotion and thoughts: http://www.life-enthusiast.com/twilight/research_emoto.htm

Holy water is not really the water, it is the blessing upon the water. So you must get the blessing of the one true God and then the water or the oil become holy anointed! In Jesus name.

You take an ordinary jug of tap water and send it to the Pope and have him bestow his sacred blessing and transform it into holy water. When thrown on a Vampire it becomes acid and burns him to death.

It is just some water that has been blessed by a priest.
The best water though is sea water. That is what created life.

It's made by being blessed by a HUMAN who has, by another human, been given the right to perform "miracles" with the stuff....it's purposes are many....but the main purpose is to lead unsuspecting "good christians" to slaughter...by surrending themselves to a concept that NO ONE seems to be able to grasp fully. Keep in mind that Holy Water is actually SOLD in Religious Bookstores...could someone tell me HOW on earth can a monetary value be put on something so "sacred" PUH-LEEZE!!!!!!!!
