People should always challenge claims of fact, but when there is overwhelming evidence, freely available to support it, don't they come off as ignorant for not changing their opinion? Won't they go down in history as fools like the flat earth believers?

My sister said if I speak certain things that is not good I am speaking it into the spirit realm. I heard about this true story a few months ago by a pastors daughter, and she said she knew this lady who had 4 daughters, and this lady was pregnant with her 5th and she said if I end up having another girl I will just die, and she kept saying this to her family and friends, whether she meant it or not. Anyway time cam for her to give birth and it was a girl and she died in labour. And this girl remembers her little baby being looked after by a family member at the mothers funeral.I always tell my mother and other people that I want to die and go home to Heaven. Do you think if I keep saying it, do you think I will die of something, because if I do, I am hoping to go home. Do you have any opinion, and Christians only. My sister tells me whatever I say will become my reality.

everyday, they can freely preach their message. they can do it in their offices, on the street corner and in church every Sunday.

What do you think happens to an atheist who admits it in the office or 'preaches' it on a street corner? An anonymous Internet forum is one of the few places atheists are free to say what they want without persecution. So, Christians, stop your whining and hear the other side for once. Aren't you even the slightest bit curious about what intelligent, educated, rational people think?

I just watched the documentar Jesus camp and I thought it was extremely terrifying of what the parents were teaching the children. Scientology is also spreading. Wars are started by religion. 30 years from now do you think relgion will come to an end?

Have you ever had religious experiences that your thought were really experiences with God or other supernatural beings, and then after you became an atheist or agnostic you discounted those experiences?
