If your read Revelations, there is reference to 100yrs of peace prior to the end. It's very obvious, at least in our present world, we are no where near that. However, as the saying goes "nothing is impossible for God".
To answer your your question, yes peace will come. Whether we see it in our life time is yet to be seen, for our time is not God's time.

Yes, when the gods of this evil world are destroyed and the peaceful reign of Jesus Christ is established on a new earth and new heaven after this earth is destroyed with fire. In that kingdom, the lion and cow will live together. A small child will play with the cobra. That is going to happen one day. We hope it will be soon. It is prophesied in the Bible. Isaiah Chapter 11:6-9
6 The wolf will live with the lamb,
the leopard will lie down with the goat,
the calf and the lion and the yearling [a] together; and a little child will lead them.
7 The cow will feed with the bear,
their young will lie down together,
and the lion will eat straw like the ox.
8 The infant will play near the hole of the cobra,
and the young child put his hand into the viper's nest.
9 They will neither harm nor destroy
on all my holy mountain,
for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.

Perfect peace shall never be possible, as you can never see the stillness of the ocean. The universe is ever on the march. Various forces work at cross purposes. There will be a thesis and a counter thesis. The resultant force that comes out of the dynamics of these two forces will be synthesis. That is how the world in history has marched on.

Yes it will be prevailed in the rotation of time wheel. It is a cycle. Srushti (Creation), Sthithi( entity or stabilising human-beings) and then fallows Laya (culmination or end). After Laya, again Shrushti process Will be repeated. After Laya and before Shrushti , this universe will remain peaceful. Because no one will be alive in this world, absolute PEACE.

Because even if someone say it is impossible, the words behind it are saying I AM POSSIBLE.

No because we have what scientists call the 'selfish gene' which is all about making sure that our identities are carried on - and that by it's very nature means conflict of territory because of conflict of mates for reproduction - or to put it more succinctly - it is in our nature ! Enjoy !
