It seems to me that atheism and theism are equally plausible arguments because something can't come from nothing. Who created the big bang? Who created God? It seems to me that it's simply a choice between the two. DON'T GIVE ME BIBLE QUOTES THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!!!!!!!!! I'm asking for individual rationality behind your answers.

God, Lord, Royalty......is this Jesus? To idolize an old bat like the queen. Some places in Canada, children are required to rise for O Canada and God save the queen. We gotta get religion out politics, folks.

The 3 least moral individuals in my workplace include a devout, Muslim, a devout Catholic and a devout Hindu.

The three most moral individuals are an atheist, a Jew and a Baptist.

I think there is zero correlation between religious devotion and morality. What has been your experience?

Atheism is an unproven way of thinking that a certain group of individuals have accepted as fact. My friends, if that is not religion then nothing is.

just think a beautiful painting happened all by itself and there was no artist who painted it just because it was unsigned? The artist let everyone know later that it was his creation but, they just say no it just happened all by itself (but, yet they deny miracles?)

Now we are getting somewhere. If this is the true nature of Islam, and I have to believe that this woman is telling the truth, than I have some questions. Why then do so many kill? Why do they label everyone as “Infidels” and kill them? Why do they think God will praise and reward them for that? (Don’t say, "Well Christians have done that, etc." I am asking about Islam now.) I sincerely want to know. I don’t understand the difference between Sunny and Shiite and why are they killing each other? Which is in the majority? Help me understand.

How come one of the things involving Christianity is to forgive and accept, when most Christians only insult and argue when someone disagrees?? Isn't that like defying the god that you are arguing to protect??

Seems a little stupid to me, what do you think?

Why are we forced to live in a secular society? Why can't we, as Christians, force the secular world to be under our control?

Currently I'm just a freshman in high school, but I feel very strongly about becoming a Lutheran Pastor. I'm going to make it clear here that I am NOT asking for your opinions on female Pastors, please keep your comments to yourself. However, I would really appreciate any information you would be willing to provide on four plus year colleges & universities where I could aquire a degree in Theology. Please colleges & universities that are willing to give scholarships, and please give any information necessary on how to work towards obtaining a substantial scholarship. Thank you so much! Have a good day.

Fundamentalism is only a fringe element in Christianity. Most of the world's Christians are Roman Catholics and Eastern Orthodox. Most Protestants are very far from being fundamentalists. Fundamentalism has only been around for 100 years. Christianity has existed for two thousand years. So in terms both of numbers and of history, the fundies are really pretty insignificant. They make a lot of noise and pretentious claims. They do *not* speak for Christianity in general, only for their own fringe group. So why don't they admit to being the fringe element that they are, and stop pretending to speak for Christianity? Are they embarrassed to admit that they are fundamentalists?
