People here seem to get things out of no where

They always accuse the pophet of things that they can't prove.
They always say the quran is false with out any good backing to support their argument

If you think you have proof e-mail me to prove your argument

I believe in God, especially in karma & I also pray to god when I am in need of help (I also pray everyday as much as I can). The reason for that is because I have experienced both the above phenomenon work well for me several times. However, I do not believe in following religious or traditional customs (especially pertaining to sexual abstinence, alcoholism etc.)

Would I still be considered as a religious person, or as an agnostic?

Bill Gates, Angelina Jolie, Opra, and scientists who accomplished major break throughs and several people who are making a real difference are all Atheists.

The Bill Gates foundation is the biggest charity in the world and they've helped more than any other charity.

Who are the Christians? 50 cent, Snoop Dog, W. Bush, Hitler, most ganster rappers.

I had asked the question earlier whether Islam fails the test of Matthew 7: 15-20. Some of the responses I got were from people saying that that it means Christianity (the community) fails, which I agree it has failed miserably at times. Back to the original question. I believe the passage means ‘that you should be able to tell if a future prophet is true by their words & actions (the standard(s) being set down by Jesus himself by his words and actions) so to ask the question more clearly…. is Mohamed a false prophet because he did not pass the test of words and actions set down by Christ himself i.e. (forgiveness, peace, turning ones cheek, acts of gentleness and kindness etc. etc. etc.) …I would like to hear from everyone especially Buddhists who as a Christian I hold in high regard because they seem to clearly pass the test in Matthew where as Moslems seem not to.

i'm 17 and my parents are forcing there religion down my throat. i don't even know if there religion is something i want to be apart of. but they sit here and ground me and punish me for not doing what there religion says. i get grounded if i don't go to church, if i don''t read there scriptures. and stuff like that. is this fair? i don't think i should have to beleive there religion, and i certainly shouldn't be punished for not beleiving it or wanting it.

When I write a poem about my girlfriend, I'm sure I make her more beautiful than other would see her.

In my eyes she's perfection, the end of evolution, the sole purpose of creation and if they ever start cloning people, they should use her as a sample.

Now, the writers of the Bible think even higher of their God than I feel about my girlfriend. To me it makes perfect sense that they exaggerated their stories a bit, just as I do when I write about my girlfriend.

If I saw a few farmers on a boat with 2 cows, trying to save them from heavy rain, I could also invent a story about Noah's Ark, if I loved the dear God so much.

I wouldn't even blame the writers of the Bible for translating their love for God into stories that are slightly over the top. Really.

i honestly don't see the need. its not like we're going to need to powder our noses during the service, or get our cell phone out and make a call.

Maybe just get a tissue to blow our nose, or a cough drop. Maybe money if we are going to make a donation. But where i go to church, hardly any of those who bring them in with them serve a purpose.

Alain just threatened me cause I exposed his tarot card fraud so he couldn't scam anyone out of money -- He's going to cast a spell on me being a high magickan I find his actions quite ammusing I'm curious to know what other Pagans and magick practioners think I should do and how i should react I'm quite tempted to use Red magick or just ignore him and know what ever he does will bounce straight back at him --- passive or aggressive that is the question

There were answers that Hitler was not a "true" Christian. I see Catholics accused of not being true Christians also.

Hitler was against homosexuals, he had them murdered. Sounds like a Christian to me!

If an evolutionist says that 20 billion years ago nothing went BANG, we shouldn't say anything derogatory. Just because nothing can't go BANG today, doesn't mean nothing didn't go BANG 20 billion years ago.

Hey, it's there theory, and no matter how stupid it sounds to us, we should not pick on them or make fun of them. And please, I don't want anyone to walk up behind an evolutionist and yell BANG. It isn't funny.

So can we just let the evolutionist have their BANG all to themselves?
