I've been asked by my priest to be senior warden for next year and want to make sure I have the skills required for the job.

1. There are no "Trolls"...this isn't an NG. Anybody can as any question at anytime.
2. I would agree with the first answerers humorous response. If you're a Sr. Warden, don't be a Prison Warden. Be nice to the rest of the Vestry. That's the most important part.

Somehow I suspect that you are a troll. If this is a real question, you need serious leadership skills. The senior warden is the head of the Vestry.
