It must be possible. It's not unheard of to have 2 headed lambs and goats and I was watching a program about conjoined twins once which feature a 2 headed girl. To be more accurate it was 2 girls with 1 body, a result of the egg not splitting properly. So yes, why not a 2 headed llama.
