With Satan is attacking us as fiercely and consistently as we see here on Yahoo! Answers, I'd say we must be doing something right! I find it very encouraging--how about you?

My friend Sherry is a non-believer. She said to me the other day that there has never in history been a prayer that was answered. She said it was all wishful thinking. To prove her point she mentioned the holocaust and 9/11. Surely those people prayed in the camps for deliverance, and the people stuck in the twin towers did too. There prayers went unanswered. Surely if God can move mountains he could have saved those innocent people. I didn't have a comeback to prove her wrong on her points. What do you think?

Quesnel, BC Audrey Cummings, 68, Rancher states that yogo turns kids' minds toward Hindu gods and makes them vulnerable to the devil. She added that if you are not seeking the god of the bible then you are by default in the other camp. The other source of supernatural power is Satan.

I love the narrowness of the human mind - stretching is evil EVIL I say!

Why do the mental midgets have the loud voices? How come only a handful of humans are able to see the dreck?

And then people wonder why I shake my head at christianity on the whole.

Does your inspiration come from the ancient myths of Egypt, Rome and Greece, Gnosticism and traditional western occultism? How do you get involved in such? Is it only for men or for women also? Why do you choose this religion over all the others? What interest you the most about it? What bothers you about it if anything at all? Please answer all my questions percisely for I am interested in various types of knowledge on different subjects for my own intellect.

it could be strongly argued that far from theists having a moral code higher than an atheist, the reverse is true. If I helped save a baby from a burning building inhaling thick black smoke and putting my own life in danger, I would do so as a natural reaction to save a fellow human being, as apposed to selfishly trying to earn my angel wings to save my soul from suffering eternal damnation in the pits of hell. The idea of the ‘good Christian’, or the ‘Christian thing to do’ soon disappears when it comes to their views on other religions with opposing versions of ‘truth’, or their intolerable views on homosexuality.
Despite the “love thy neighbour” facade, this only applies in the literal sense (as the ‘neighbour’ pertains to -if you are one of us). There is no room for moderation , if you are a gay Christian or Muslim- you are not one at all.

I'm a Christian and had dated a girl on and off for 5 years. If I wasn't a christian I would have married her no question, but it says in the Holy Bible that we shouldn't be unequally yoked to one another. This happened 6 months ago and I'm still hurting over it.It was one of the most hardest things I have ever done.I suppose it was my fault for hooking up with her in the first place.
The sinning was also a problem because although I knew it was wrong to be sleeping with her, although it was so good that I couldn't have asked for better in that department.
So I had to end it for that reason also.
Will God reward me for what I did for him,or is it wrong to expect any credit for what was painful to the both of us..
