Depends which type of Luciferianism you are speaking of. There are some like NLC which are affiliates of the OTO and Egyptian-type mythological worship, others are a combination of various mythologies/beliefs(The Swedish branches are into more nordic traditions). Most Luciferians do not believe in the devil, just the concept that "do what thou wilt" and are very arrogant and aggressive. Research different types via internet, google "luciferian" and you can read for yourself. Both men and women may be part of the religion. What bothers me is that most are very educated people with degrees (masters' and doctorate), yet you cannot talk to them in layman's speech, everything is about competition. Everyone tries to outdo the other, pride runs high. Whats the most interesting is that it can be very ritualistic, traditions in Thelema and OTO, Aleister Crowley's writings, yet each draws on the Greater and Lesser Key of Solomon(Kabbalistic rituals and beliefs). Read on it some more for your own understanding.

Satanism is anything which is against God. It takes on many forms. It can be actual wordhip of Satan. Or it can be denial of God. It can also be false religions. It can be idol wroship, such as Buddah. Anything that is not for God is against God, therefore is for Satan. I worship the Lord God, the creator of the heavens and the earth.
