The New Testaments were not written by people born decades after Jesus died. They were written by fair and balanced news reporters who followed Jesus around with tape recorders and printing presses and other forms of accurate speech recording technology besides word of mouth.

Enjoy your fleeting youth before you plunge into Hell! God bless you!

Here's a question - would Jesus call doubters a "loser" or "say hateful things about people who didn't agree with him? So why do you? How many can tell me what Jesus said to Thomas in his moment of truth? Did Jesus scold him? Call him a loser? Let's see hoe Jesus-like you can be.

You can find hypocrisy in any walk of life. Both the left and the right are full of hypocritical things people do. Most Christians work hard pay taxes and keep to themselves. Most do not polk there beliefs at anyone and only get upset when there children are taught how to put a condom on a cucumber. Yet the tolerent left is always saying the most hateful things. Things they are to cowardly to say to a muslim. I don't have to even quote what is said you can look anywhere. I am certain some hateful things will be said when answering this question. What is also Ironic is the fact and it is a fact, the tolerance we have in this country is due to Christian teaching. True Christians have taught tolerance for others who do not share the same beliefs. Disagreement was always a verbal of spirital matter. Not political or inforced by a sword. Many will point to the crusades. Yeah they happened, so did Muslim expansion. Was everyone who carried the Cross a true Christian, answer no

Muslims know that if another Muslim dies on Eid, he/she will go to heaven. Did the executioners make a mistake by killing him on Eid ul Adha?

I'm not a Christian, so I don't believe that Heaven or Hell exist. But if I did, I would be extremely uncomfortable with the thought of spending all of eternity in a single place, doing one thing forever. I mean, eternity is a very, very, very long time. Human beings think 100 years is a long time, but that's not even a drop in the bucket compared to forever. I'm sure that worshipping God would be very amazing and exhilarating, but how could a person possibly do that -- or anything -- for millennia and millennia and millennia? Are there any Christians out there who are even a little concerned that they might not be able to stand being in one place forever, regardless of how awesome or fun or peaceful that place may be, and regardless of how much you want to go there? Or are you all completely secure and comfortable with that thought?

I direct this question to Christians, although anyone with something to add, feel free to do so.

I am an atheist, and have religious friends who argue that abortion isn't right, or homosexuality isn't right, because God 'said so'. They offer no other reasoning other than that's how God meant for things to be, and I'm open to a lot Christian ideals (i.e., treating others as you would yourself), but would hate to be molded to believe in anything and everything God says I should.

I'm sure if God existed, he'd like us to act as the intelligent individuals we all are, and make up our own minds, figure out right and wrong, etc., etc.

If you've been raised Christian, are you ever allowed to reevaluate your beliefs, disagree with some Christian principles, and still remain a Christian?

If so, why doesn't Jesus lead by example? Why does he murder innocent children and then say "Do as I say, not as I do."? I ask this question to those that believe in the trinity doctrine, though anyone is welcome to answer.

Someone in another question had this to say about the bible:

"Cover to cover - God shows His love for us
I have read it word for word..."

If they had read it word for word and still thinks it shows god's love for humans they weren't paying much attention. What about that little part where he favors one family and utterly murders every single living thing on the planet?!

People say that you can find true morality in the bible. If it is in fact moral to murder those that you love, they may have a point. Otherwise all i can say about the bible is the majority of what it displays is utterly reprehensible.

To my knowledge, most islanders in the South Pacific Ocean, do not embrace Christianity, and "normally" hold other religious/spiritual beliefs. Is this correct? So I was surprised to read that in Samoa, 98% of the residents have accepted christianity as their belief and faith.

Does anyone know how and when Christianity was first introduced to that country, or what was the popular belief before Samoans converted? As the Bible says, "The Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and then, finally, the end will come." Matthew 24:14

The word is being preached in small villages, distant islands, and even in countries where idol worship is usually most popular. This is great news!! Everyone will have had the opportunity to hear the truth, and eventually choose the narrow and wide road. :)
