Jesus was the Lamb slain for our sins as it says in bible. Lambs are born in the spring. And if Jesus died for our sins in April (Easter) when he was 33 and a half (roughly), and they went by the Jewish calender then which is 30 days in a month all year which equals 360 days a year. Then you take our calender, what we go by, and apply that you get 5 extra days a year for 33 years which 5 x 33 = 165. That is roughly half a year. Which would mean that He died in April (before he was resurrected anyhow) and was also born in April according to the Jewish calender applied to the calender we go by today.

Those who think He was born in September you can study and find out the Jews counted the 8-9 months of the baby in the belly of the woman as part of their life. So by using Jewish calender without applying it to our calender today you would get Jesus seed planted in Mary in September, still born in April, still died in April = age 33.9 (roughly 331/2)

just interesting, what do you think?

Is all put there for the final creation or VIP. Does this mean that everything created- trees, sky, etc, including men, were all prepared for the women? Afterall God did punish women by making them slave to men. What happens when that punishment is lifted? (if you don't understand, don't waste your time)

The book is "What Islam is All About" by Yahiya Emerick. It's a great book which makes clear the beauty and teachings of Islam. But I'm appalled by its treatment of other religions.

It says:
"The Bible, in fact, is a jumbled-up mixture of many legends, fables, biographies, stories, tribal histories and ancient poems and such. No one who reads it gets the impression it is from Allah. In fact, Christians and Jews readily admit that it was put together by the hands of men long after the time of the Prophets. They even admit it is full of mistakes, contradictions, and untrue things! They just ignore those parts and say it doesn't matter."

This is such an unfair description of the Bible. Most Christians and Jews DO get the impression it is from God, so that part is a lie. And most Christians and Jews that I know do NOT say it has mistakes and contradictions. While it may indeed have mistakes and contradictions, it is incorrect to say that Jews and Christians "admit" this.

Is Satan that powerful to where God will actually have to go to war to destroy him as opposed to simply saying, "Thou art destroyed?"

Why is atheism so misunderstood? Is it that people don't care to understand it, or are people too lazy to read up on the things they don't know much about?

"Look upon creation and tell me theres no God!".

Circular reasoning floursheth in the religious mind! What evidence is there that anything was created?

The scientific support for evolution is overwhelming, and I hate to tell you but the its based on the idea that everything is a product of chance and not creation.

Part of the problem is that people assume we are a creation or the product of creation and cant get their minds around the alternative possiblity that we are products of change and chance.

Whether or not you believe the support for every facet of evolution is strong doesnt take away from the fact the evolution perfectly explains how life forms developed over billions of years. The question of "what happened before that" cannot bear upon the reality of how humans developed. We know for certain how they did...right now.

Evolution, without doubt, takes all religion and throws it out the window. Whether some kind of God could still exist is dubious but unproven.

This country is full of Christians that would demand that they be given their God Given Right 2 celebrate religious holidays w/ a day off from work, school ect. however if U R of another denomination or faith U R not recognized in your freedom. This is totally biased & prejudiced & is exactly Y this country is being lost 2 The Religious Right-I'm a Realist (Atheist for those that would prejudice me with their religious slur) and I believe that the true holidays R those that celebrate AMERICA & Our American Spirit! It is not right that the majority (which is Christian) be given favor over any other religion or belief & R given DAYS OFF to worship their God when others R not allowed this same right. It is placing the standards of The Constitution into jeopardy because it is demonstrating favoritism of one kind of people vs another. It is promoting this religion to be accepted and a norm. Well I for 1 do not believe that this is Just. America was an INDIAN NATION 1st THANKSGIVING???
