He surely could have, but he chose not to, you see the Children of Israel recieved revleation seen the most miracles yet they still made the calf and worshipped it, and angered God. So God sent Jesus Son of Mary, to straighten the people, but what did the people do? They wrote that he was god in person (May God forgive me for comprehending this thought), so God sent his last and final Messenger Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) with the knowledge that will last mankind eternity, but there are still those are are rebellious and disobedient and follow their own desires instead of understanding it they way it is supposed to be. Satan is trying to show God how humans are lesser creations than he, while God knows what we know not, about the abilities of man, yet they seem so useless due to Satan's influences over man.

Papermaking was invented in 150 AD. What is significant about this is that for 150 years after his death the revelation of Jesus Christ was spread by word of mouth and written on those difficult and complex means of transferrring written data available before paper was invented. Yet today the story of the birth, life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ is translated into thousands of languages, as well as is the record of the prophesies that were fulfilled by him. The bible, which is the word of God, shows by it's very existence that God did protect it as he promised. Did God in fact protect the Koran or having been written in the seventh century AD, is it found to be in one piece today because it was not written until many centuries after the invention of paper?

God has wisdom in every thing that happens. it could be the last and final test given to the people of Israel!! who knows.

the injil/gospel was not contained in a book exactly as it was revealed to Jesus Christ (pbuh) and even the Torah is allegedly written by Moses but one can easily see hat it wasn't or at least a portion of it was not written by Moses as it mentions how old Moses was when he died. i dont think a dead man can write.

Great question. Points out the absurd premise on which Islam is built!
