I don't know of anyone else that's attended regularly. I know NancyB posted a similar question, but I would love to hear more from regular attendees about what the events were like this summer. I will be going to the December events next week and wanted to catch up on past ones. Thanks!!!

Why do you believe on faith only, and make your decision based on one source, which is the Bible? To me, it's sort of like making a major purchase or investment. I certainly wouldn't buy a house without making sure I knew it from the inside and out, and if It had a shaky foundation I wouldn't buy it, nor would I invest in a market without getting several opinions from different sources. Why is something as important as your soul any different?

Why? I don't care to hear it, why do you insist? Do you think I am going to change my mind after you pester me non-stop?

I honestly respect all your beliefs, but YOU have to respect that I do not want to hear it.

Muslims, I've heard that another prophet is coming that is the "Messiah"-type prophet & that he will reign for seven years. Is this something that is expected in Islamic teaching?

Like, if you never leave your small town for example, and only read a couple books, and have a group of family and friends that believe the exact way as yourself, will you just be that person?

Is the only way to gather and become more of yourself to face consequences or confrontations?

As a Muslim- I love Jesus. I think about Jesus, and I respect him as one of the greatest souls who was ever on the Earth. I believe him to be a miracle (birthed by no man)
Do Christians know how much we revere him? We do not worship him, but we believe in him and respect him.
Because I always hear Muslims are anti-christ. And in my heart I know that that is very wrong. What do you think?

I realize that Islam dosnt care what i feel but why would anyone want to be part of this religion. and why is there no clear consensus from the clerics what it means to truly follow islam.

MOGADISHU, Somalia — Residents of a southern Somalia town who do not pray five times a day will be beheaded, an Islamic courts official said Wednesday, adding the edict will be implemented in three days.

Public places such as shops and tea houses in Bulo Burto, about 124 miles northeast of the capital, Mogadishu, should be closed during prayer time and no one should be on the streets, said Sheik Hussein Barre Rage, the chairman of the town's Islamic court.

Those who do not follow this edict "will definitely be beheaded according to Islamic law," Rage told The Associated Press by phone. "As Muslims, we should practice Islam fully, not in part, and that is what our religion enjoins us to do."

Like, I don't want to be wrong about choosing the wrong religion, so I've developed, created if you will, alter egos, with different religious backwards. One favorite is Muhoud, who is a devout muslim, and then of course Henry, a devout Christian, and my eccentric Winterbranch, who is wiccan. I figure I'm covering all my bases with the different versions of Gods by doing this...

The Holy Quran : Chapter: 2 (Al-Baqarah), Verse:63

[2:63] Surely, those who believe and the Jews and the Christians and the Sabians - whichever party from among these truly believes in Allah and the Last Day and does good deeds, shall have their reward with their Lord, and no fear shall come upon them, nor shall they grieve.

Does your religion tell you others that do not have the same belief as yours can Enter heaven. These 2 verses should make you question your belief in islam and the Quran. Open your heart, read the Quran not to become muslim just to understand islam.

And in this verse you will see what you think about your holy books. Next time you Insult the prophet or the Quran think of these verse

I am a Catholic. I would very much like to believe in the Rapture because I don't want to be around when the Tribulation hits town. I'm just asking my friends in the Protestant camp, can you pull out any Scriptures that establish the Rapture? I believe 100% in the Scriptures. I only want Protestants or Catholics (Orthodox are welcome as well!) to answer this question -- strictly no scoffers -- but I don't want to get into any kind of a debate about the rights and wrongs or truth or falsehood of my religion and fundamentalist Christianity. By the way, as it stands, I don't believe in the Rapture. I believe in the Warning and in the Sign in the sky. Can any of our "separated brethren" (!) convince me, with Scriptural evidence, to believe in a (pre-trib?) Rapture of just Christians?
