hmm i guess the major recrurring theme is "two steps forward, one step back" as to the last six hours, today has been a good day,,, off work already, daughter went for chinese food,,,,, so i guess the theme is "life is good, i am happy" though my computer screen is all funny, curved in on the sides, has a deminsional thing going on,,,,,, probably ready to break on me , so i guess that is todays step back

Needing to visit the bathroom - seems to happen a lot, as one ages. And in the last 6 hours? Probably about 8 visits. . .

Confronting personal fears.
In the last six hours, that was tested with: 1. a giant, furry spider that came dashing out from under one of my kitchen cabinets and 2. receiving a phone call telling me that my former mother-in-law would like me to attend their Christmas party.

The book "Dogsong" by Gary Paulsen.
I see that book in every library, bookstore, and ebay site I visit.
Its been everywhere throughout my entire life and when I finally read it I was awe inspired.
Does that count?

Lack of self-control leads to remorse.
I did not need that cookie dough.
(But I did extra crunches today to help offset it.)
