My purpose on Yahoo! Answers R/S forum has been served. In real life, no, my purpose is far from over.

I'm not sure there was a reason for my coming here, for my being here... Still, I am here, reason or not.
So, onto my purpose... Do I have a purpose? That presupposes design and intent... Let me say, while Ive been here, Ive done no harm, Ive tried to do good, I haven't used more than my share, I try to give back, lend a hand, teach where I can. That's the best I can do.

If you are referring to life, than I am not aware of my reason.

If you are referring to Q/A, I came for entertainment. I found that, as well as some more knowledge and quite a few friends. I found, after being on here only a short time, that there are many people in need of education. Like sexual orientation being a choice. When I saw how many ignorant people believe that, then I knew that I was needed to help educate.

How the *bleep* should I know???! And how can I know if I've served my purpose unless I know whether or not there even IS a "purposes"? Anyone who can answer that is either tapped into something WAY deeper than anyone on Earth and has NO business wasting time on this forum OR is nut-diddy-uts!

Yes, I was bored stiff! The usual games had palled and they didn't keep me interested for very long. I was in search of something new and fun, and then I found YA!

I believe I have served my purpose, but not my usefulness.

I'm chock full of info that hasn't even been tapped as yet.

i didnt know why i came here ...
but stayed thinking there were no voices for spiritualism ... so i thought that was good reason to stay...
that is not how things turned out though ...
i feel now my reason for being here has been to defend and stand up others despite their faith
i am now seriously thinking about how i take this a step further ... i want to open a place or web site that invites all religions and unites people
dont know how i am going to do this yet .... but it is something i need to think about

It seems that no one else except the question asker is aware of why all came here?

Yea

I've gotten a lot of people to take notice of a lot of things, making their world a little broader at the risk of losing my Yahoo account.

When religion ceases to exist and we can converse with one another without pre-conceived notions from the dark ages, then I'd be happy.
