The protestants have their own Eucharist rituals why can't a visiting
Protestant that is away from his church receive it from a Catholic one? And does this occur in the Catholic religion to as being taboo to receive it from a protestant church? Only serious answers to this question please.

This word we do not understand on Maok'Wa. We have no word to compensate that meaning in our language. A sense of control or bondage is picked up telepathically even when Humans speak passionately and enthusiastically about "religion". What are the benefits and drawbacks? My Sunday school teacher, Mr. Hooper, says Paul and Peter encouraged slaves to be obedient in Ephesians 6:5-7 and I Peter 2:18. He said that even though people decided that slavery is wrong, it matters more what the bible thinks about things and the bible says that slaves shouldn't revolt and stuff and that slavery is okay.

How much smaller do you think the religion would be? Would it even be a major world religion today. With so much of the violence and killing centered in the worlds most religiously populated areas, I think it is probable the answer is no. It is inherent that most parents pass their religion onto their children, but with all non-believers being persecuted or killed if they did not convert, it changed the religious landscape. I can tell you one thing; America almost certainly wouldn't have been founded off Christianity.

I read "The Catcher in the Rye" a few months ago and after looking something in it up online I found that it had been banned in the US several times for being "anti-christian". Can anyone explain why it was banned? I can't see anything wrong with it.

For 6000 years females wore long dresses, but about 50 years ago Christian women began wearing trousers. Right now, today, a few Christian females sit in slacks at their computers and write about how being gay is wrong because it's an "abomination" (according to Lev 18:22 and 20:13). However --

Deu 22:5 "The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth to a man, neither shall a man put on a women's garments: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God."

Paul (in the NT) instructs women to wear dresses: 1 Timothy 2:7-9 "Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) ...that women adorn themselves in modest *apparel*" - from the Greek word katastole (used only in this verse) meaning a long, loose fitting garment. Paul continues in 1 Cor 11, via God's will, to distinguish between the appearances of males and females.

Shaming the devil basically is all about integrity and digity for what each individuals truth is. I shamed him because it does nt matter where ur from -its where you at! what are you going to do with the resources, talents, education and blessings to make your world a better place ?

I am sick and tired watching Christians, Muslims and Jews fighting and verbally abusing each other's religions. Religions were communicated to mankind for two purposes; one is Human/God or Creature/Maker relationship and the other is Human/Human relationship. What we see now is humanity being divided into groups each is badmouthing the other and believe me; nothing good will come out of this. It is in no one interest to go back to religious wars and kill each other. If God wanted us ALL to be of one single faith don't you think he could have done it? and while he's at it why not make us all one race with the same skin colour and physical traits. The idea of civilization is to develop ourselves and cross the boundary of being different and know how to live together in harmony. Do I approve of what Muslims are doing now, or what Hitler did in ww2 or the Turks did with the Armenians, HELL NO! this was all madness that we should leave behind and be worthy of the word Human beings..

seem to project hatred for others who follow different faiths. Doesn't this go against the very basis of most religions? Can you not teach them and learn from them instead of ignoring them and trying to force them that your way is right?

There is no need to sling anger at anyone especially when you don't know them or their views but it seems to be a sign of the times. Sorry.

I hope everyone can give me educated, productive answers. I am trying to learn something here- people.
