Hi.
This question is for my mom really, she keeps having this dream (has been for 10 years) about a young boy sitting in a room, on a chair with his back towards her, she starts to walk up to him but just as hes about to turn around, she wakes up in a cold sweat. It happons every time. shes never seen his face.
The thing about it is that she had a baby son who died and she has a strong feeling that this could be him trying to let her know that hes ok.
What do you think? no stupid remarks, please.
Thanks.

And the day will come when the mystical generation of Jesus, by the supreme being as his father in the womb of a virgin will be classed with the fable of the generation of Minerve in the brain of Jupiter. But may we hope that the dawn of reason and freedom of thought in these United States will do away with this artificial scaffolding, and restore to us the primitive and genuine doctrines of this most venerated reformer of human errors.

well you see you guys are not making any sense. THINK.

you say Jesus was here as a HUMAN again HUMAN. to Show LOVE and spread the good news of salvation.

how could he be a HUMAN (which should be an example to his followers) who eats, drinks and goes to the toilet (not technically) and ACT as GOD. you know that YOUR pastors never said that he was on earth to act like God don't you? he was here for certain reasons as i mentioned above.

Jesus said in Matthew 23:33 Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?

so THINK!! where's the Love of Jesus in this statement? Jesus was not here to Judge people as he taught in Matthew 7:1 Jesus was here for salvation wasn't he? the innocent and sinless lamb of God!
he can either be HUMAN or GOD. and according to christendom, JESUS was a 100% MAN on earth not any man, but a SINLESS man, an INNOCENT lamb of God.

your comments please.

Do none of you have the "strength" to look for the good in what someone says, and "build" on it?

Now tell me how stupid I am while you prove me right with your own words!

Having the ability to heal others, I am finding confusion however as this ability and drive to use it is at odds with my ability to reason in a scientific manner. If you were in my shoes, what would you do? Would you abandon the ability because it doesn't stack up scientifically? Or would you continue using, knowing that you are flying in the face of science and rational thinking on many levels?
I'm not interested in believing in the mystical or going woolly with either new age or religious thinking. I understand the placebo effect, and can say some successes were in part due to this. I'm not after an explanation-I won't get one.
Would you abandon it completely as it doesn't fit any reasonable scientific viewpoint?
Would you continue using it anyway, ignoring the gap that isn't filled by either faith or sound rational explanation?
Would you go in another direction?
Btw, Healing I do is never charged for. Life pays me back anything owing.

I've been reading quite a few of the posts on here and to be honest some of the responses from Christians are quite scary. Surely when Jesus lived, he lived a life which totally attracted people to him, both through his words and actions? I bet he was a really fun guy to be around but how do you guys talk about him without using words like sanctified, redeemed, washed in the blood...?

The Glorious Qur’an says:

"As to those who reject Faith it is the same to them
Whether thou warn them or do not warn them;
They will not believe.
"Allah hath set a seal on their hearts and on their hearing and on their eyes is a veil
Great is the penalty they incur."
