I am a Christian but lately I have been questioning my faith. But when I go to church or read the Bible I feel so warm and good inside. But I always question everything, especially when bad things happen or when atheists say things on here that kinda make sense. Is it bad to question things? What can I do to overcome this?

First let me say I'm sorry for asking these questions. I have just started going back to church and I am curious about a few things. Why do people have to pay to get married other than the government getting pocket change? Wouldn't it be more realistic to be able to get married for free but then pay an enormous amount if you want to get divorced? I want to get married but I can't afford it. When God spoke of marriage, was he thinking that people should have to pay for it? I'm not talking about most of the things that go into a wedding, I'm talking about having to pay out $50 just to get a marriage lisence.

In that chapter of John, Nicodemus says he is puzzled by Jesus' statement that "Ye must be born again," because as Nic asks, "How can a man reenter his mother's womb?" The entire conversation in that late Gospel is in Greek, and Nic's puzzlement can be attributed to the fact that the Greek word translated as "again" is a word with a double meaning in the Greek language, because it can also mean "again" or "a second time" or "from above." But the Jews in that day and age spoke Aramaic, not Greek, and in Aramaic the word would NOT have had a double meaning and Nicodemus would not have been puzzled, nor had to ask "how can a man reenter his mother's womb." That raises questions as to the authenticity of that late appearing dialogue.

If it is okay to do something because the Bible does not specifically say not to, then there are a lot of things that covers. It seems to me it doesn't say to specifically not have sex with children, just not outside of marriage, so does that mean if you marry the child, it is okay?

It's ONLY about Me. Jesus. New Years, Kwanza and Haunnakah are right out the window. And don't try to be "inclusive" and "tolerant" by saying "Happy Holidays."

I cannot tolerate tolerance.

Now get busy freaking out when people say "Happy Holidays". Is that too much to ask?

I FOUND IT IS TRUE!
a man called Ben Lagoboul and he was playing a Roulette machine i chanted it the night before, the spell, i felt a tinkgling in my head, then today i was helping him, saying 16, 23, ect, or black red odd even, and each time IT WORKED! later on after that i couldnt do it as it was only 24hours.

well now i know im a wiccan, i need spells, also THE WEBSITE OR WEREVER YOU SAY MUST DO ALL SPELLS FREE!

Wouldn't that then remove the need for inconvenient water-blessing every time some more holy water was needed? Does holy water wear out after a while and need re-blessing?

There seems to be some confusion within the Pagan community as to wether our religion has one god with multiple personality disorder, or many individual goddesses and gods. Which do you think best describes Wicca? Why do you think that (meaning where did you get that idea or belief - books, training, friend's opinion)? More often then not, I see people pick answers to their questions that are so far off base that a blind man could see it. Then there are several actual answers, that people put thought into, and actually answered the question. But when they pick an answer they pick the one that makes no sense, and is only on there because they know it agrees with the opinion of the asker.
