I know a few of you Christians will say he was "killed," but it was his choice to get killed. He came specifically to get killed. If Jesus = god (according to the trinity) and he basically came here to die, he did commit suicide. If that's not suicide, asking someone else to kill me wouldn't be?

I have lived a very moral life. I give to charity, I've never harmed another living being in my life. I have never cheated on my girlfriend and never will. I don't steal or commit any crimes. I love my mother and treat her with great respect as well as all elders. I try to be a giving person and sensitive to other people's feelings. I am very proud of who I am and I know that I am a very good and moral person despite the fact that I think God doesn't exist.

Let's say that when I die I find out that I was wrong and there really is a God and heaven and hell. Do you think God will send me to hell despite the fact that I am a very good and moral person, just because I doubted that he existed? Wouldn't that make God kind of a jerk??? No offense intended!

where are the verses that say you shouldn't confess your sins to anybody but God, and the verses that say there is no other that can give you salvation, and that it is bad to pray to anybody other than God?

I dont know him/her/it, except for what my brain can comprehend. I have some family members that I dont even love. So how does God expect us to believe, worship and love, if we dont know him?

I have seen millions of good honest caring Christians get the royal shaft in life. How can a loving God behave this way? So much ill-will towards good people, and all the evil jerk offs getting away with murder. There is NO god how we see him. God is just the normal process of life and death and thats it. Im not sorry for it. I just wish it was different

Why? Why Not?

(Imagine for a second it is a big blizzard and you might be the only person he/she sees for many hours. The person's car is not working and they need to get to the next town over)

As a Christian, is it OK for me to greet known Moslems with 'Salaam', Jews with 'Shalom' and Hindus with 'Namaste'? I'm concerned about the propriety of such greetings, as I don't want to appear more knowledgable about their faith or culture than I really am. Also, would you say my greeting total strangers in this way is just as appropriate or inappropriate as greeting friends or aquaintances this way? Thank you all for your insight!

Do you think that certain people are more inclined to seek a diety more so than others due to a gene they posess? Would that mean that people who don't seek a higher power don't have the gene? What are you thoughts on this God gene?

I know the good Lord was there with me, when I had a tubal pregnancy, even though it was my husband that forced me to go to the hospital, it was the Lord, that kept on him, about making me go. I was rushed to a hospital 30 minute's away, because our local hospital, thought it was too serious, for them to handle. The doctor's told me that my tube was hours away from bursting and had I not went to the hospital when I did, death was surely to come. I know God is real and he saved my life that day and I thank him for it.

I think they go to hell because they mix races that are not supposed to be mixed. The child only suffers. If they have kids they have destroyed their bloodline thus sending themselves to hell

An Do What You Will be the challenge,
So be it in Love that harms none,
For this is the only commandment,
By Magick of old, be it done.
Eight words the Witches’ Creed fulfill:
If it harms none, do what you will.
