I was raised a Catholic. I knew about Jesus and I knew some of His miracles and teachings. I tried to be a good person, but there was a power within me that always overcame me and led me into sin. I became a thief and a liar and very foul-mouthed person. I even blasphemed the name of God. I drank and smoked regularly by age 13 and smoked marijuana and did other drugs - LSD and amphetamines by age 17. I once stood up in a cemetery in front of the chapel and dared God to strike me dead. I was also sexually abusive to my sister. I became so unhappy with myself and life in general that one day I told God to get out of my life. I felt at that moment He turned His face from me, and my whole world lost any sparkle or glimmer of hope that remained. I felt like I was falling into a bottomless pit - going lower and lower each day. I didn't think I could get any lower, but I continued to sink. I came home one day, fell on my face and started crying - when a most wonderful miracle took place - a voice spoke within my heart saying "Maybe Jesus really did die for your sins" - Suddenly I felt a great change sweep over me and it flooded my innermost being. A great peace, and love and joy and sense of forgiveness - and hope and light drove away the deep darkness in my soul. I knew for the first time in my life that all the stories of God becoming a man and leaving heaven to die on a cross so I could have my sins forgiven - it was all true. And I knew He did it for ME ! I have loved Him with all my heart ever since. I have never doubted Him, and I know I shall some day see Him face to face in His Kingdom, and live with HIM forever. This happened more than 35 years ago.

The Jesus mentioned in The Book was not a real person. He was not the first and the only one who was thought to be the son of a virgin, as well to be called the son of God and to perform miracles. The story is a myth and is a recompilation of tales already ancients by the time Jesus was supposed to be alive. The gospels writers were not really originals. The true meaning of the story has to be understood from beginning to end to acquire what's been promised: an evolved soul with a vast knowledge, understanding an vision of the universe. Only then the "salvation" promised could me attained. In some circles the book is called "the second promised". The first vision that is presented is that of a person with such love and compassion for the world that is ready to sacrifice his or her own life to make the world a better place. The ancient mystical and philosophical tittle for this type of human used to be The Messiah or the Greek equivalent: The Christ. This is the first ideal you have to seek, without it, the rest of the story has no meaning an no use for you. You can believe every single dot an coma in the New Testament literally, without theirs hiding meanings it will not make a dent in the future of your soul.

I like what Jesus teached. Not only how he teached how his out look on life was. because he was a peaceful man. He was wise.. he kept people in line he judged no one. I like that about him. Say what you may. You can say he never existed you can say he was a fake. In the end no one is like that. Well hardly anyone is like that these days there always negativity around 24/7 in the media, t.v shows, magazines, and video games. If your a religious or an atheist. If you don't believe in him atheist that's fine but people should think like Jesus did. Because this world would be a whole lot better. But I'm afraid no ones going take what i say in this answer. If your an atheist just read you may doubt everything it say but lake at his philosphy on life. Thank you and good night.

He is love. He's my savior, and I know that His shed blood washed away my sins so that I would be able to spend eternity with Him. I know I can turn to Him in prayer and he understands since He walked on earth and experienced all the emotions that us humans feel. That's also why he can intercede for us to God.
I try and follow all of us teachings, although it is a struggle because as you know the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.

Hello, to learn more about Jesus read the four gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, in the bible. My opinion is that Jesus is the son of God. He represents me and helps me to look clean and pure in the sight of God. I feel great appreciation for him and learn from his teachings. I attend church not only on sundays but other days as well, and live out what I learn in the word.

I pray alot as well as read the word of God. I try to put it into practice in my life because reading the word without doing what it says is like looking at my face and forgetting what I look like.

James chapter 1 verse 22 - 24

Jesus was a character in a novel about the early days of this Earth. He was a good man with good intentions and very very bad enemies. His enemies were so bad that some of them were his friends. Jesus did a lot of good things. Then one day some of his friends decided that they were tired of Jesus, and they wanted him to go home. So they tried to send him there. He came back 3 days later to tell them that even though some of his friends were as.sholes, most of em were okay. So he went home and the world lived in turmoil ever since.

Jesus was real, alright... I'm just not certain if he was the "miracle man" everyone seems to think he is.

Jesus is fully God from all eternity and created the world
he took on an additional nature, an unfallen sinless but human nature

fully God fully man

I like how he challenges the motives and heart
and how he remakes poeple into trophies and monuments of grace

Jesus the prophet of Allah and the son of Mary Born miraculously
by Allah command.. he came to the lost the people of israiel.. he was recurrected alive to the heaven and jesus will come back on the earth and fight with the anti-christ ( MASSIAH AL-DAJA L)

A. In the Qur'an, stories about the life and teachings of Jesus Christ (called 'Isa in Arabic) are abundant. The Qur'an recalls his miraculous birth, his teachings, the miracles he performed by God's permission, and his life as a respected prophet of God. The Qur'an also repeatedly reminds that Jesus was a human prophet sent by God, not part of God Himself. For more detailed information about what Muslims believe about Jesus, please visit the FAQ index page. Below are some direct quotations from the Qur'an regarding his life and teachings.
"Behold! the angels said, 'Oh Mary! God gives you glad tidings of a Word from Him. His name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honour in this world and the Hereafter, and in (the company of) those nearest to God. He shall speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. He shall be (in the company) of the righteous... And God will teach him the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel'" (3:45-48).

"He [Jesus] said: 'I am indeed a servant of God. He has given me revelation and made me a prophet; He has made me blessed wheresoever I be; and He has enjoined on me prayer and charity as long as I live. He has made me kind to my mother, and not overbearing or miserable. So peace is on me the day I was born, the day that I die, and the day that I shall be raised up to life (again)!' Such was Jesus the son of Mary. It is a statement of truth, about which they (vainly) dispute. It is not befitting to (the majesty of) God that He should beget a son. Glory be to Him! When He determines a matter, He only says to it, 'Be,' and it is" (19:30-35).

"When Jesus came with Clear Signs, he said: 'Now I have come to you with Wisdom, and in order to make clear to you some of the (points) on which you dispute. Therefore, fear God and obey me. God, He is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him -- this is a Straight Way.' But sects from among themselves fell into disagreement. So woe to the wrongdoers, from the penalty of a Grievous Day!" (43:63-65)

"And behold! God will say [i.e. on the Day of Judgment]: 'Oh Jesus, the son of Mary! Did you say unto men, worship me and my mother as gods in derogation of God?' He will say: 'Glory to Thee! Never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing, You would indeed have known it. You know what is in my heart, though I know not what is in Yours. For You know in full all that is hidden. Never did I say to them anything except what You commanded me to say: 'Worship God, my Lord and your Lord.' And I was a witness over them while I lived among them. When You took me up, You were the Watcher over them, and You are a witness to all things'" (5:116-117).

"Christ, the son of Mary, was no more than a messenger; many were the messengers that passed away before him. His mother was a woman of truth. They had both to eat their (daily) food. See how God makes His signs clear to them; yet see in what ways they are deluded away from the truth!" (5:75).

We gave Moses the Book and followed him up with a succession of messengers; We gave Jesus the son of Mary Clear (Signs) and strengthened him with the holy spirit. Is it that whenever there comes to you a messenger with what ye yourselves desire not, ye are puffed up with pride?- Some ye called impostors, and others ye slay!
