B/c he is the creator of us and he has power to do what he wants. We are just sims basically. We do what He asks, we are no one to say who gets to live or die. He is!
I dont know.....guess thats the way it goes.

Actually, it was not His choice. He was betrayed by Judas, and then, when the King was to release a prisoner, they choose Barabus over Jesus, and the crowd yelled, "Crucity Him!" He could've gotten off the cross at any time, but He didn't. If you asked someone else, they would have to be in the right mind not to kill you anyway, there's something called "the law" which protects homicide victims, regardless of whether you told someone to kill you or not.
If it wasn't a sin for Jesus to die for us, then why, if it was out of the goodness of your heart, do die for us? I'm pretty sure you wouldn't, that's the difference between you and Him. Plus He could do miracles, and still can through us.

The morality that Christianity teaches is a crazy quilt of opinion that is often outdated and sometimes contradictory. Not only the teachings of Jesus but the editings and teachings of the Church fathers as well as generations of Church leadership.
This is no different than any other religion. A great deal of borrowing from earlier traditions, including the cult of Mythra in the case of Christianity.
learn what christianity has to offer but look at buddhism and other philosophies. Then balance it with your own common sense. Thats the best anyone can do.
Don't take the teachings of any religion as the be all or end all.

wow, you really know how to askew the difference between sacrifice and suicide.....
1. Jesus didn't ask or plead with ANYONE not even GOD to die.
2. His death is considered a sacrifice to pay for all our sins (yep I think that justifies as sacrifice don't you?)
3. He didn't come to Earth "specifically" to get killed, if you're thinking like that, then aren't we all here to die...he did a lot of amazing things between his earthly birth and earthly death.
4. If you ask someone else to kill you, that is called a death plea....murder is murder, suicide is when you take your own life by your own hands or will, not if someone else carries it out for you.

Look in the dictionay what suicide means.
No, he was put there on the cross. He didn't plan to go nail himself to the cross and stave himself to death. He accepted that so people would not judge for all the bad things they have done.If it's for your own will, then it's call sacrifice. Suicide applys more as a personal choice to end your OWN life.

Suicide is the taking of your life by your own hand. Just because Jesus knew he would die and allowed it just means he did a great thing for mankind. He did not take his life with his own hand so it is not suicide. Good question though.

Jesus did not "come to be killed", the trinity is a lie, and suicide is wrong for me but I have no right to say otherwise for others.

Jesus did not ask anyone to kill Him, and HE did not take his own life, so HE did not commit suicide.
Jesus begged the Father for an hour to find another way. Finally HE submitted to His Fathers will.
It is like if you are kidnapped and they said if you told them what they wanted you could live. But did not know what they wanted to know. You would try to get out of being killed, but finally you would have to submit to your captors.

Jesus died in an acted of martyrdom and for the benefit of others. He technically didn't kill himself but let himself be taken by the Romans so he could atone for the sins of mankind and make the world a better place. If u could find one person who committed suicide that made his friends and family better off than I'd say you one the argument. But I think its impossible to find. ( Excluding Hitler)

Good question. It wasn't suicide because He had been with God up until He came here, and He knew He would go back, no matter what the outcome of His mission. It's just that if He had not "drunk the cup", we wouldn't have a chance to go too.

Jesus "I lay down my life that I may take it up again. I have the power to lay it down and the power to take it up. This commandment I have received of the Father" Jesus came to take the penalty for our sin and in order for that to happen there had to be a shedding of blood. Just like in the Old Testament--they killed livestock on the alter and the blood as a covering for their sin. It was a covering, not a solution. When Jesus died He shed Holy blood to take away our sins if we believe in Him.
It was not suicide. Jesus said I lay down my life that I may take it up again. He would ressurect Himself--so how can you say He killed Himself?
