Why is it that premarital sex is so bad yet God will grant the fornicators the greatest gift of all at times; a baby. How can someone do such a terrible sin yet get the greatest reward from God?

Sometimes God blesses us with children even when we sin- because He is going to work things together for His glory- however it will be hard. Things wont be as easy as you think...but if you are saved, and fall into that sin- and ask for forgiveness- repenting and knowing what you did was wrong- and you have a baby yes it is a gift from God- as Psalms 127 says that "behold children are a gift of the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward"

-Many will have tough times no matter what, but God is with those who love Him- and he works all things together for HIS Glory!- and for the good of those who Love Him~

It is still a sin though. Imagine if you did wait till you got married and then had a baby- when it was GOD'S timing- we seem to forget that God's way is always a hundred times better....and because He is in control- these things do happen for a reason- but we are still held responsible- our flesh is weak just as Jesus says in the Bible. But I am sure anyone who loves the Lord wants to please Him and obey his Word. It is hard, but it is possible!!

Frist of all it's morally wrong. 2. the baby needs a happy family under one roof with a mom and a dad.3 That's abousing God's gifts 4 How can it be Holy to do the most rommackly thing to do so wait untill after the Marrige why not wait if you want the baby to be happy. with a REAL family not just a mom or dad that work so hard that they can never have time to play or raise them and have the kids spend more time at daycare with parents thats not good for the child,

premarital sex starts as a state of mind. A baby is a result of a physical act. It is said to wait. I did, got married and was very happy. Others, have had the same lives. But there are those that put a low value on it, and are easily led into it, and after marriage.....this hurts people.

Well it is true that babies can be wonderful gifts but it should not be assumed that God has blessed the two with a baby as a reward for their fornication. Babies are a natural by-product of sexual intimacy. So are orgasms.

To say that God is blessing fornicators by giving them babies is just as unreasonable as saying God is punishing married couples by withholding babies. Neither statement is true.

God said, "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts." Isaiah 55:9

The premarital intercourse "can be very beautiful," however in Matthew 5:27 KJV says, "You have heard that it was said to those of old, 'You shall not commit adultery.'

The word has been used to speak of any kind of illicit intercourse at all outside the bond of marriage.

God gave the gift of procreation. The child is not the gift, but the result of the miss use of the gift of procreation. As far as children being the greatest gift of all time, I would have to disagree. I can think of many other gifts that are greater.

I don't think God grants or gives them the baby... it's just the same if you think about people who commit crimes or do something mean and evil... why are they still alive? Why are they free? A priest once told me that god does not decide and punishes or rewards you for your actions. He lets us be free to decide wether to do good or bad, and we must accept the consequences. I think if it was God's will, people who will end up apart, divorced, having abortions, etc, would definitely have NO babies.

That word fornicator comes from a time when mens wives put in time at their local pagan Temple and did service as prostitutes, therefor the thing that made it sinful behavior was the idolitry. Most well educated people who study the Bible know this but the old ladies do not want the secret to get out, guess you know why that is.

It is not up to us to judge. God is the only righteous judge. He set the standards and wrote the rules. It is our job to follow the rules and live by His standards.

God knows the heart of man. I would recommend reading and studying the bible for yourself. I have been part of bible study for many years now and as a believer I am constantly being convicted by the Holy Spirit in areas of my life that I need to work harder on.

Keep on seeking His will. We can't rewrite His Word, all we can do is strive each day to follow it.

Unfortunately God didn't make a rule that says babies will only be born when parents are married. And btw the reward that you are talking about will be given in this world but they have to pay for the sin after they die!
