I have the Zoroastrian Holy Books.
I love their religion, it is amazing.
I personally beleive that the monotheistic religions of Abraham (Christianity/Judaism/Islam) all came from this religion.

I don't know any personally, but I have read about their beliefs and even part of their scripture, the Zendavesta.
Zoroastrianism was based on the teachings of Zarathustra ("Zoroaster" is the Greek version of his name). He taught that the universe was created by Ahura Mazda (later used as the name of a car), who is the god of good. He is opposed by Angra Mainyu, who is the god of evil. They are equal in power. It was important for people to side with Ahura Mazda because good would eventually triumph over evil (he was once asked how this could be since the two god were evil, he replied that more people had already followed Ahura Mazda than Angra Mainyu). Fire was considered a symbol of Ahura Mazda, and was used in worship.
Zoroastrianism was the largest religion in the world at the time of the Birth of Christ, and the Magi who visited him at the nativity were Zoroastrian priests.

I know a little about Zoroastrianism, but it's been a while. My main understanding is that Zoroastrians believe that life is a continual battle between forces of good and evil, as represented in two beings or gods. Each person has the choice to decide which of these forces he/she is going to choose.

Don't mock me my friend. It's a condition of mental divergence. I find myself on the planet Ogo, part of an intellectual elite, preparing to subjugate the barbarian hordes on Pluto. But even though this is a totally convincing reality for me in every way, nevertheless Ogo is actually a construct of my psyche. I am mentally divergent, in that I am escaping certain unnamed realities that plague my life here. When I stop going there, I will be well. Are you also divergent, friend?

followers of the first revealed religion of mankind taught by a great thinker (Manthran) known to Greeks as Zoroaster and to the Persians as Zarathushtra.
it is through Global Wisdom that the Universe emanated, and it is the Supreme Divine Intellect that continues to govern and advance the course of the Cosmos. Zarathushtra chose to call that divine force his God Ahura Mazda

Of course. They are one of the more ancient religions. Originally in Persia. From the prophet, Zarathustra or Zoroaster. Twin gods of Light and Dark. An eternal struggle. Ahura Mhazda is the good god. Fire was central to their worship and they left their dead in "towers of silence".
