if u r a Christian yes , u will have to believe that this is true cz it's not blessed by the priest but the priest prays so the water will be blessed by Jesus n this is how it becomes holy not cz of the priest but cz of Jesus GOD

A priest's real job is to preach the gospel, teach the Word of God and pray, not to hear confession, not to make holy water or change bread to flesh etc.

I personally don't believe this - H2O is H2O. Priests have no magic powers - only God can make things holy.

That is of course the definition of holy water,so yeah. Of course I would just once like to see any proof that it's any different than tap water.

nope.
the priest himself, not being of divine ordination(there is no New Testament ordination of a priest class), is not holy. But merely an apostate version of Christian tradition that supercedes scriptural authority.
