You don't have to pray to go there, just stay on the path you're on.

Yeah, there is a 'hell' but it isn't the kind of place you are thinking of. In hell 'the dead are conscious of nothing' Ecc. 9: 5, 10. HELL as the Bible defines it is NOT a fiery place of torment, but rather simply just the grave. Whether you are buried in a cave, a hole in the ground, at sea or cremated, you are in 'hell'. And in Hell , no one knows a thing. You are asleeeeeep. Conscious of NOTHING> There is no eternal pain and fire and brimstone and all of that stuff. Nope. The only place in the Bible that tells of that is meaning a place of complete destruction ( gehenna, the burning trash pit outside the city where trash and things were taken to be burned. It always seemed to be burning , even if just a little bit, so it was an excellent example of a place of complete destruction. ) As for a lake of fire, this is ALSO a symbol of TOTAL destruction because it is to be used for the complete and utter destruction of Satan and his demon horde after the 1000 years after Armeggedon. ( thats when he'll be allowed a testing period , to see if people who have been living in a paradise without sickness or death or crime or any other of Satan's influences would turn against God for providing such a wonderful environment for mankind. Satan, his demons and those that DO turn against god- and there will be plenty!!- will then be destroyed by god. As completely destroyed as IF thrown into a lake of fire .
So, there is no Hell. And there is no reason to want to go there. I know, I've tried suicide a few times. Thankfully, I was never successful and now I am even more thankful because I know the truth about what the Bible teaches.
Oh, and as for hanging out with some diety, what is so wrong with that? I mean, he created you , he gave you life, he will give you a home in a paradise and life forever in a peaceful world. Imagine all the things you could learn there!
But, all in all, its up to you sweetie. I don't blame you for getting down about this horrible world. I mean, its horrible! Listen , if you would like someone to talk to , email me , ok? I wouldn't mind at all and I'll go easy on the preaching, ok? I know how depressing the world can be. Maybe we can swap war stories.

Yeah, and just think about the kind of company you'd have down there, too. The Founding Fathers, Einstein, Abe Lincoln, Hemingway, Carl Sagan, Billy Joel, Voltaire, Galileo, Helen Keller, Napoleon, John Lennon, Walt Disney, Frank Lloyd Wright, George Orwell, Mark Twain, Charles Schultz, Robert Frost. I'm more than willing to endure the flames just to be around those kinds of people.

I suspect your comment was tongue and cheek but if it makes you feel better I think that the conception of God, Heaven and Hell are a product of our evolved brains which fortunately or unfortunatley has given us a conscience. And yes I agree with you that living in this world as a human being I am also riddled with guilt as to what we(or God) are doing in it and to it.

well keep denying Jesus Christ, and he will put you into the lake of fire and brimestone where you will suffer eternal torture. Do not fret you deny God, and you will go there. The funny part is you will be reserected and bow before God the Father so he can judge you, and then he will send you with satan.

Your hell is "heavan." Heaven is suppossed to be this good little place were you don't want to go to. That's your hell then, because if you really want to go to hell, you'll like it. It REALLY depends on how you look at things and how you feel about yourself and your beliefs. Heavan does seem a little boring...

Unless that deity represents all that is good and moral and it is you who are the evil one.

You must be on something if you want to end up in hell for all eternity.
