I am going through a difficult time in my life, which is not a new development, but over the past week, I have felt very out of touch and distant from my diety. Has anyone else ever felt like this? How would you go about feeling more connected? I have tried my usual meditations, but they haven't helped.

Then why are the Jews from Pre-islamic name himself Abdullah(Which mean servant of Allah)

For example:Abdullah bin Saba,he was a Jewish High Priest in Madina,long before Islam.

What about your Christians friends in Arabia,are they worshipping the moon god because they refer God as Allah?

All we see today is Christians Quoting the same old verse from the Qur'an speaking about "slaying the infidels", they don't even quote it in context, or at least quote the whole verse!

They just take what they want to make it seem barbaric and violent, when it is only misunderstood out of context,

so i've decided to post just a small number of verses i've found in the bible, just to see how they'd look out of context...


Jer 15:9 A mother is in deep despair and struggles for breath. Her daylight has turned to darkness-- she has suffered the loss of her seven sons. I will kill anyone who survives. I, the LORD, have spoken.

Isa 27:7 I, the LORD, didn't punish and kill the people of Israel as fiercely as I punished and killed their enemies.

Jer 9:16 I'll scatter them in foreign countries that they and their ancestors have never even heard of. Finally, I will send enemy soldiers to kill every last one of them.

Think about it! If you blew up a junkyard (the big bang) would a shiny working car come out a billion years later? If you covered the earth 13 miles high with white marbles and then added one black marble and mixed it all up, then, with your eyes closed, reached in and pulled out the black one on the first try, that is more likely to happen then evolution! Why don't people learn to use the logic God gave them?

I understand that Catholics use the term Priest for their clergy but in Protestant denominations, what is the difference between a minister, preacher, and a pastor? Do certain denominations have particular titles for their clergy? Does the title used denote their level of training/education? Or does it refer to the number of people in their congregation? Does their title depend upon whether they are paid a salery or have another occupation besides clergy?
