everything as "bc" before Christ and "ad" after death of Christ and why did this ever begin if His death and resurection did not occur, were that many people wrong? When He raised Lazuras from the dead while many people watched and Lazuras was stinking from decoposition, how can this be explained?Dont you think it is harder with the evidence,to prove this did not happen than it did ? I think its very important that there were credible witinesses present and i want to live with Him do you?

Other religions and even the lacks of religion are on the increase, it looks like Christianity is fighting a loosing battle from the outside. Is this the end of days that they spoke of but not in the way they expected?

he hated the church of God and try to destroy it. He delighted in the deaths of many believers. He was consumed with stopping this religion. Then:
without warning God touched this harden and determine man.

Is it possible you too could be like Paul was with adament determination, and be mistaken????

I see aspects of myself in every belief. I embrace and validate what is that others believe or dont believe. Why would this be considered as lost? I feel that the people who do not open their minds to the experience of others will miss the experience.
why would this be treated as misguidance. IF say I believe the way you do, and you are an atheist would that be wrong? If I say I believe the way christians do, and buddhists would that be wrong?
Am I misguided into thinking that it is all, and not seperate, but apart of something more than just categories? Just wondering

I would say that the evolutionary viewpoint has three base statements: 1. The species of animals and plants inhabiting the earth have changed over the ages. That is to say that there were very many species that are now extinct whilst there are now very many species that did not exist in former ages. 2. The direct ancestors of modern day species were individuals who were members of archaic species. 3. The change from archaic to modern species happened through a process of dicersification and natural selection. I have read many articles on intelligent design but I am still confused as to which of the above statements intelligent design disagrees with. Is there an ID adherent who can clear my confusion up?

i was born in a muslim family.
i'm secular in thoughts and deeds.
i'm not fond of sharia law or the veil.
i drink and eat pork.
i do all the normal things as the typical english man does.
yet i'm sick of being stopped and searched.
i have a fair complexion.
despite living and enjoying every minute of life in this country, why am i constatnly being told to get out of this country. britain has been home for the last 30 years.
i love this country and want to stay. given the chance i'd fight for this country.
i'm sick of the way young boys and girls are going back to their faith. young girls are now wearing the hijab to piss of the authority. these young girls do not their faith yet they are rebelling. as for boys i'm also worried that they are also finding solace in their faith when society is rejecting them.
the more muslims are attacked and bashed the more religious they become.
since the jack straw incident i'm really worried about the level of hijab wearing girls

I asked this question regarding Gnosticism... Why did the error(God) nail jesus to a tree. According to serveral Gnostic documents the errored nailed jesus to the cross. I wanted to know why this question got removed. Was it because it wasn't a Christian based question! Not everyone is a Christian!

Okay, I have two questions.

One, how much would you estimate the cost of a rose quartz crystal?

And two, would my family suspect from a rose quartz crystal that I am wiccan?

Additionally, what is a good way for atheists to impart feelings of support and intentions for a good outcome to those who believe in God (for instance, someone is going for a cancer biopsy. A believer would say "I'll pray for you" an atheist could say "good luck", "I wish you well") can you think of anything a little more powerful?

and there is no prove well according to christians and that life on earth is only 5000 years old or what ever you christians say why are we teaching evolution in schools why are we teaching our children, your children, christians children all about evolution if it suppose to be wrong.. why are we educating the children about what the planet was like billions of years ago, dinosaurs, etc, if all those millions of scientist's are wrong because they cant prove it(according to christians)

my son came home from school today and said dad 'i like dinosaurs. where have they gone now' what am suppose to tell him ' oh son the goverment education sytem is all wrong they should not be teaching you about monsters that lived on this planet millions of years ago' because according to christians it never happened

so why are we teaching kids about evolution, dinosaurs

how come i keep seeing this question come up? athiests ask questions about christianity. it should be those who ask about evolution (namely christians) that should take themselves to the SCIENCE section as evolution is science not a religion.

think, if your a computer geek and want to know how to cook, why would u ask your question on cooking in the computer geek section.... wouldnt u take it to the cooking section?

Sometimes I think that my prayers are hitting the ceiling because I am not sure what Paul meant when he said to pray in the spirit (Eph 6:18). Does that mean that you have to be in the correct state of mind?

Constantly baiting christians and asking leading questions just makes you look as narrow minded and bigoted as the people your ridiculing. Why not just leave them to it. They'd soon get bored with preaching to each other.
P.S. I am one.
