Both the their history's are packed full of crazy, crazy stories that they both based their entire lives after. Oceans parted, flying horses to heaven, 9 year old marriage, priest and alter boys, hell of fire, the trinity, island size boats holding the worlds animals, believe or burn. You religous people should find news ways of spreading your religon. you just look weird now.

I believe everything happens here on earth even after we die. Although this is a small theroy of mine that I haven't fully researched. Like if an animal dies on the side of the road everything that it was composed of that made it that animal decomposes and breaks apart and joins the rest of the earth. How 'bout it, makes sense? What do you think?

... are committed to the idea that marriage is the only right place for a sexual relationship (for myself), and can't meet anyone appropriate without moving, and can't move for 5 years? It's a tough situation, and I imagine that there are people of various faiths who have similar problems. It's a little like serving a prison term, in an otherwise nice place, of course. What does one do? And please don't suggest the internet, it hasn't played out at all well. I'm looking for coping mechanisms people have used successfully. Or even if this problem is more or less common than I think it is.

I did when I prayed and asked him to forgive my sins and save me from my sins-as he promised in
the bible He says speaking from heaven Rev. 1vs1-- about our salvation if we will pray and ask him into our heart -
Revelation 3vs19&20 saying he loves each one of us and knocks on our heart to come in and deliver from sin and become our friend.

why do you worship the "Human" form of god? you are worshiping what god was "the human god" (or the idea of a human god) why are you worshiping the human when you could worship the body-less omnipotent Lord God, i am preaching my beliefs to you this time. Why would you worship a Human just because "GOD" rose his son from the dead? jesus NEVER said to worship him he said to worship his father through his teachings.

To love him back and FIND him. God doesn't reveal himself but he gives us clues again and again for us to find him. Even ALL Muslims on the entire earth doesn't know who HE really is. Who is this MASTER. BUT 1 thing all human is similar. We all ques why are we here to do the things we do. The smallest particles on earth heed his command. Everything has a purpose. All animals do as what they created for. To surve man in anyway. The evidence that God Is real. Eccept US we don't know who HE is and that make us special. Since all animal and tress and sun and sea surves MAN So why does GOD creates us? What is our purpose?

Ok I understand (and agree with) a dress code of modesty. I find it admirable that a society would not its women to dress modest respectful manner. The one thing I do not get is this.

When I was in the Middle East I saw Muslim women with their hair covered and clothing covering most of their bodies right next to them though were Muslim men in shorts a t shirt and sandals. Now I understand when you’re doing labor in the heat you want to dress lightly but this seemed to be the norm. And I find it odd that a society would not have a similar code of modest dress for its men as well.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

it has come to my attention that all this "what the bleep do we know" stuff is slowly becoming a religion that's taking the world by storm. i myslef am slowly falling into it, but it has ocurred to me, has anyone actually seen any proof that it's all true? these days anyone believes anything that starts with "scientists have proven that...." but how many people have actually seen this stuff being done? some people will probably say stuff like "but they're writing about it in encyclopedias and official sources" but isnt that exactly what all the scriptures on most religions is? some people believe it to be true, i'm not saying there hasn't been any proof found, but personally i have never seen or read anything that i would consider proof about this, except for what the bleep do we know and some interesting videos i found on youtube, so thats why i come here to yahoo answers to see if theres anyone who can 100% assuredly claim that all that stuff is actually true and that they have proof

if every christian believes that God is the "Father & the son & the holy ghost" you say that the only way to worship God is by worshiping jesus, but God has three forms according to you, so couldnt you worship any of them, they are all the same person arent they? and they are all using the holy book given to them by prophets of God right?and i think that when jesus said "the only way to the father is through me" i think he meant through "His" teachings not by worshiping him.
