Isn't it more fun to do drugs, drink, and have sex? I think so!!

I agree! Live for now and chill with the other awesome people in hell. Even if I believed in gods, that would be my philosophy.

Where will you be when drugs take your life? What will you think when your penis falls off or you contract AIDS or some other STD's. How about when your kidneys fail from drinking.. What will you say then??? How will you continue having fun??? Christians take drugs and they drink and they have sex all while being a christian...However the drugs they take are prescribed, and the alcohol they drink is limited (we don't become drunk) and we get married and have all the sex we want. So being a christian is fun in many way including the ones described above the only difference is we (christians) have a better respect for our bodies for they are our temple and we reconize this!!!!

Really ? Is premature death fun,too ? That's what you get from unsafe sex,drinking and illicit drugs.
Being a Christian is not about having "fun" though we do have plenty of it.It is about having the "peace that passes all understanding" Philippians 4:6-7 ,in Jesus.Though we sin and fail often,we are under His grace through the blood of Jesus.Whatever trials we endure in this life,we know that we are going to a better place where there is "no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying; and there shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away" Revelation 21:4 This awesome hope is within all of us who are Christian,because of Jesus Christ.

You find it fun to break the Law and help enemies of the USA build their empires? The social side of being a christian is great and we can remember being with our friend and having a good time for years.. On drugs can you even remember where you are at the time you did them? When I was in the Air Force I wondered about people like you.. They would come back to duty after a 3 day liberty and say things like "I must have had a great time I can't remember a thing" You can have it.. Jim

Whats fun about being a Christian is that you aren't completely selfish, you get to be yourself (without influences to make you something) and you don't need thinks like drug, sex, and alcohol to try and make you feel whole.
But I'm going to guess you are still young like I am, so you probably have no concept of what "death" means. Not in the sense of an after-life, but in the sense of living a good life to the furthest extent of pleasure possible. In Vanilla Sky there is a quote that says "Being young is all about believing you will be the first person to live forever." That quote is very true...However if you want to "Live fast, die young, and leave a good looking corpse" without any worry of what your friends,family, and other loved ones do/will feel...keep doing your thing.

So, if I understand your question correctly, you do not feel that you could live in this world without drugs, alcohol and sex with someone other than your spouse?
If you were not drug induced, alcohol induced and having sex with multiple partners life would just be no fun?
I do not do drugs, get drunk, nor have sex with anyone other that my husband. I find life more fun than not fun. Nothing is fun all the time, but seems to me being under the influence of drugs or alcohol would just numb what you are already feeling and the feelings would return as soon as the infuence wore off and you would have to repeat the cycle again and again. Your feeling of whatever you are trying to numb away would just keep returning.
God does not numb feelings, he replaces them with good things if we only allow him to. That seems much more "fun" to me than continuing a cycle of numbing something away over and over again.
We go to movies, bowling, golf, dinner, canoe trips and so much more without man made numbness. Try any one of these activities and more without mind numbing substances, and the great thing is you will not have to wonder what you said or did the next morning, now that is fun.
Now onto sex. Try mariage, the next morning you need not wonder if you have caught something that requires an embarressing trip to your doctor or a clinic. You will always remember his or her name. No worries is much more fun than the alternative.
I suggest you try this way of life if you can, and see for yourself how much fun not having to worry about what you said did or caught.

What is it that you have against Christians? What makes it fun to do drugs, drink alcohol, and have sex? Drugs can kill you. Drinking can kill you. Having sex can give you a disease that will kill you. What is fun about that?
There is a tons of things that makes being a Christian fun, whether you choose to be IGNORANT and ignore them for the sake of arguing or not.
Why Christianity is FUN:
1. God is forgiving and no matter how horrible I've been or what I have done, he will forgive me.
2. You can spread God's Word, and tell other people about him. It feels awesome to share God with other people, because you know it could change their life forever. Who a Christian has led to Christ will not have to roast in Hell, but will be given eternal life with God in Heaven. From experience, I know how fun that is.
3. God is what gets me through each day. With him in my life I don't need to turn to drugs, alcohol, or sex to feel better.
Sure, Chistians don't always have FUN. Nothing is always FUN. Being prosecuted against because of what we believe is not FUN. But it never says in the Bible that Christianity would be FUN. I t says: "Take up your cross and follow me." And that is EXACTLY what I intend to do.

Being a Christian Jehovah's Witness allows me to be free from venereal disease, drug addiction and alcoholism. It lets me have a clean conscience and have friends that are truly loyal and will stand by me no matter what happens or how hard things get. It also gives me hope and freedom from lies and manipulation. I wouldn't trade it for what the world calls fun for anything.

To answer your question: The fun thing about being a christian is that you always have Jesus to pray to, And have other believers to call and pray with and just fellowship with every sunday. And even sometimes during the week.
It is less fun and it is sinful to do otherthings you mentioned.

Is there anything in the Bible that says it will be 'fun' to be a Christian..."Take up your cross and follow me".
BUT, and a big but..."And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand." John 10:28. IMHO, the infinitely more worthwhile option.
Why waste your life down here when you can live forever with Jesus???

OMG...how can you ask that??????? i just can't believe how people can live not being christians....i mean you don;t have to be, but u should.... Being a christian is not always going to be fun, "we" go through a lot of times when we doubt there is God. But even if you do not believe in God, just remember that He believes in You!!!! Just follow what you believe, but God will always love, and keep you, as is own......
